I told the gentleman I have never been charged that, and he said it's been policy for 2 years. I said okay that's fine, but you're the only person who has charged me that. Out of nowhere he got upset and grabbed the bag of chapati and handed me back my card and told me to get out of his store. I seriously am still sitting here in shock, not just because of how I was treated, but because I never really had a problem with the charge, I was just telling him I've never been charged that before! If this is how they treat their customers, especially customers with special needs, that is extremely sad, and shows their true character. Shame on them.
