I saw the clerk (not Marlena, it was another lady) blow her nose then she proceeded to receive my clothing item without washing her hands or at least sanitizing them. When I asked her to please sanitize her hands, she gave me a stare, and said "Sanitize my hands??" Next, she goes in the back and comes out wearing rubber gloves and said, "Your coat may have germs too." I replied, "That's why it's getting cleaned." I still dropped off the coat then left, then I came to my senses and immediately returned to pick up my item and cancel the order. When I told her I wanted to cancel the order, she grabbed a paper towel and handed me the coat. Really???? Is this customer service. She gets mad because I asked her to sanitize her dirty, nasty, snotty, filthy hands after she had just blown her nose and I saw her blow her nose and did not wash or sanitize her hands. I have been a customer for 10 years and will no longer set foot in this rat hole. Bad manners, bad customer service, bad all around. She got mad at me because I didn't want her snotty hands on my clothing or receipt. Well too bad my cleaning clerk. How dare she?!! I would rate zero stars if I could. read more

The worst laundromat my friend and I have ever been too. Most of the machines were broken, the washers were 4.50 for a normal sized load, the dryers took over an hour and a half in 6 different dryers (only three washer loads). To do THREE LOADS OF LAUNDRY, it costed us $35. Two different machines ate my money. The staff were very rude, inconsiderate, quick to blame us for the issues that were very clearly evident before we got there. The place was dirty, the free "rags" are dirty clothes and underwear that were left behind. I am never going back. read more

I used Kerry Cleaners a few times and took my leather jacket to them this time. Shockingly it was returned with two huge holes. It looks like they "attempted" to sew one up, but returned to me expecting full price even after I pointed it out. The jacket was $50+ . They would not discount the mistake or acknowledge they did anything wrong. If you go with them, it does not matter if you are a loyal customer, or the material. Horrible customer service!!! I came here Saturday, September 12, 2020. I washed my clothes at home and brought them here only to dry them. I arrived at 6:45 pm and the owner was standing outside and told me they close at 8:00 pm. I was only drying so I told him it should be quick. This place is a dump. It's dirty and the tables to fold on required me wiping them down first as there was some trash on them. The dryer took 2 of my quarters but did not add any time. This is something to watch out for. I was wrapping up folding my last couple of items and the owner TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS WHILE I WAS STILL FOLDING!! I looked at my watch and it was 7:46 pm!! I saw the owner on my way out and I told him that was SO RUDE of him to do this. He mocked me and mumbled something to the effect of yeah, yeah, yeah. I told him this is NOT the way to treat a customer and he proceeded to mock me so I told him I'd be sure to review him and that I will NOT be returning here ever again. He didn't care. I have NEVER EVER been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in a place that I am spending my money in. There are many laundromats around so I will never go here again. I needed to wash and dry my huge UGGS comforter so wanted a coin laundry close to home tried this place have been there before nothing impressive its a laundry. The one thing i like is they have an extractor as my UGG is very heavy and holds lots of water used that as the spin cycle didnt get much water out but even using extractor took forever to dry over an hour dryers not hot will try another laundry next time ! Still one of the more comfortable coin laundries around. On my last visit many washing machines were out of order. This time there are a few as well as many new washers. The manager/owner was friendly and helpful and stayed busy between self serve and drop off. I'm not sure of profitability but money needs to be spent to improve the entire facility. New ceiling tiles, more transfer carts, restrooms, and laundry machines (which produce money if not out of order). read more

I like to test a cleaners before I actually bring in a whole bunch of clothes to dry clean. I make a small tailors chalk mark on the inside of a pair of pants. Then when I pick it up after cleaning and the chalk is still there, then I know it was NOT cleaned, just pressed. Guess what was inside the pants after I had it "dry cleaned" at Kerry's??? Yep, the chalk mark!!! They were very embarrassed. Oh well! Maybe you shouldn't cheat your customers!! Will never go back!! read more

It's a laundromat. Don't expect anything else. Get there early. If you sleep in, they get busy around 9 or 10am. The machines work, affordable and the place is clean. What more can you ask for? read more

Took pull over jacket I received as gift with small stain in for dry cleaning. When I picked it up it had a burn in front and 5 thread pulls through out the garment. They told me it was faulty material and to deal with the manufacturer. They wouldn't even discuss replacement of the damaged pull over. I'll never go back.................. read more

Bad business practices! I was drop comforter off on a Sunday 1o and was told that it would be ready by 5pm Monday. When I arrive at 6pm it still soaking wet. I was told that the manager/owner would call me before I drive way over to pick up. Two day go by still no call and the slap in the face was no was willing to compensate me for my time. $30.00 I don't recommend this place to anyone. I took my very expensive goose down comforter to Kerry Cleaners, which was purchased to be a lifetime investment. I recently moved into a new apartment after a recent divorce and wanted everything fresh and clean before settling in. When I took it in I told them that I wanted it cleaned, when I returned to pick it up I paid $35.00, it stunk so bad like mold and mildew. I then brought it back and they said they would try again but they then began to tell me that down comforters do not usually come out clean! I then wondered why they would have even taken my comforter in if they knew that it would not get cleaned?? They said that they would try again. So two days later I went to pick it up and it smelled even worse then before. Mind you it didn't smell at ALL when I initially brought it to Kerry's, they said it wasn't their fault and laughed at me when I demanded a refund! they were so rude and offered me $10.00 back but then the owners wife snatched the $10.00 out of his hand and said that I didn't deserve any refund at all. I am at a loss for words and the way they were yelling and trying to get me out of the cleaners as soon as possible. I am very upset and cannot afford to buy a new down comforter, I am on disability fixed income. I feel totally robbed. I would not recommend any one to bring their clothing items, or bedding items here, if something happens to them you will not only be refused a refund, but will be insulted and leave felling embarrassed and also a little broke . There was a man there at the same time of the last encounter and he was telling us that about five years ago he brought in a very expensive silk shirt, He said that they ruined it and when he picked it up it was a different color.
