Used this locksmith about a year ago and thought at the time that his price was a little high. I said something and he assured me that his work was good and guaranteed. A few month later the panic bar that he installed stopped working. I called more than six times to get him to come back and "guarantee" his work and he never returned my calls. Not just once but twice Marc saved me from the trouble. The trouble of rekeying 8 locks at my house. Marc came and rekeyed the locks real quick. He even checked the other locks to see if they're fine or not. The price he charged was more than affordable for providing such prominent and fast service.
