He is amazing, funny and kind!!! Our whole family uses him. When one of our dachshunds had back issues, he did a combination of about five or six shots and some couple of pills given 10 days crater if she was back to normal again. read more

DO NOT USE!! He will not even look at your animal and recommend to euthanize. I called him out August 5th 10am to look at my dog, due to being involved in a fight with another dog. His shoulder was hurting him. He was here for 3 min and told us the best option was to euthanize him because he was paralyzed. I told him you didn't even look at my dog. He went off on saying he has 36 years of experience and this and that. I asked him to just give him pain meds. Later that night my dog was walking around. It's just sad on how many people he made think that euthanizing their animal was the only option. He needs to go back to veterinary school because he lacks the knowledge. The photo is of my dog standing later on that night. 12 hrs after he recommended the only option was to euthanize him. read more

After calling both ER vets in town (6-12 hour wait), I remembered Dr. Beshara and his mobile vet practice. I called and left a message with my cat's symptoms. My call was returned within 5-10 minutes and he was at my home in 1 hour. My cat had a laceration to her hind leg that was draining. He cleaned the laceration, and abscess, and sutured her wound. He gave her injections for pain and first dose of antibiotic. He also provided me with an oral antibiotic. Dr Beshara is a very kind man with 30 years of experience. Wonderful bedside manner and is great with his patients. I would highly recommend him. His response time (I'm assuming) depends on the number of patients he has scheduled for the day and the urgency of the problem. I couldn't find any veterinary practice that would either take a new patient or an urgent case without a very long wait. I think one of the most important things he does is at home euthanasia. In my experiences with him, I can't say one negative thing about him. I believe he works everyday...after hour appointments I'm not sure about because I've only needed his service twice during the day. I believe his pricing is more than reasonable considering he comes to your home. Thank you so much Dr Beshara. I can highly recommend him without hesitation. Again, his availability and response time depends on emergencies and his scheduled appointments. read more

I can't say enough about Dr.Bashar he's so sweet. So kind to not only our Dog Rocky but to my whole family. He's always so thorough when explaining treatment. I love the convenience of him coming to our home. His prices are great! Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! read more

Doctor Beshara is that rarest of finds: A truly committed professional. He not only knows his business but is compassionate and loving towards the animals in his care, as well as the human companions that have their hearts invested in them. Doctor Beshara has rushed to my house to treat my cat, pausing only to gather whatever necessary medicines he couldn require. He is polite, attentive, efficient and is gifted with a clear memory and focus for important details. He will examine every bit of evidence to reach a diagnosis, not shying away from anything. And he hates having his human "patients" overpay for anything. I have a debt of gratitude to Dr. Beshara for his tireless efforts, otherwise I would selfishly try to keep him from being busy with anyone else's animal companions. If you entrust them to him, they will be in the best possible hands. read more

Its an unfortunate day when you need to go to the vet with your animal. Dr. Beshara makes that so much easier in many different ways, he come to you, he charges a reasonable fee, he is personable and, most of all, he practices medicine, not moneymaking. My little dog is 13 years old and was so sick he had lost half his bodyweight over the last several months. over the last year, I have had him in the vet hospital numerous times because he just cant stop throwing up. He was so dehydrated and lacking in nutrients that he could not walk at all. I called Dr. Beshara out and two days later, my dog is almost like new again. He is eating and not throwing up all the time. Dr. Beshara gave me an IV bag and showed me how to use it. He gave me a prescription for an acid reducer (the same one I take myself oddly) and explained the reason for Maverick to be throwing up. He was so understanding and took his time with the exam and got some bloodwork. The solution was simple, give him an acid reducer; why hasn't any of the other vets tried that? Nope, instead everywhere else wanted to have him in the hospital for a few days, run every test known to man only to leave me with "Well, we don't know what's going on. Bring him back if he gets worse" and a bill in the thousands of dollars. Do you know how expensive it is to have a 10lb dog in a vet hospital for two days? Very Expensive! I sure wish I had called Dr. Beshara a year ago so he could fix my dog. And, he was at least a quarter of the price I had paid to the vet hospital. He even took the time to look at my other two dogs and give them their vaccines. I will never be going to another vet hospital as long as Dr. Beshara is around. Thank you so much. read more

I don't write reviews very often but I cannot say enough great things about my experiences with this vet! He is compassionate to all involved. Called this guy out. Started telling me he knew what was wrong with my dog without even touching him. He started rambling on about that other vets and how they would want to take skin cultures and all that. Said he knew right away what was wrong and he needed shots and so on. I asked him if he guarantees his diagnosis and he got pissed off. I asked him if he was wrong do I get my money back he asked me if I was serious. I said yes. He stormed off and left my house. I would never recommend this so called Vet. to anyone. I am in customer service. I will guarantee my work always. read more

I called him on a recommendation from a friend and she said he was very reasonable and takes the stress out of going to the office, making them very nervous and I don't know how many times the wait was awful no matter which vet we went to. We really like the last vet we had but it was on the other side of town and the office wait was so long. Then when I needed a refill on our heart worm medicine they said they had to be seen!! Really I'm not going in ever 6 months just to pay for them to write a prescription refill. So Dr. Beshara came to the house examined them gave booster shots, kennel cough shot since we'll be boarding them. And an injection for heart worm medicine and the prescription for a Years worth. Our dogs weren't freaked out shaking like usual office visits and was quick easy and very kind. Prices were great, very kind to the pets and was so nice. I recommend him highly especially his hours are great 7 days a week up until 10pm. Wow. read more

Awesome awesome awesome is all I can say about Dr. Beshara. He cares about your pet and will do a great service for you.

We first met Dr. Beshara three years ago when we needed to put our dog down and wanted it to be done in our home. He was so gentle and caring and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Three years later our newest pup had a paw infection and we called Dr. Beshara again. It was easy to get an appointment, beyond convenient to have him come to our house and the price was less or equal to what we would have paid at a brick and mortar vet. This time we got to see his wonderful sense of humor as well! If you are looking for a wonderful vet in the area (and I've been to at least five in Bako) look no further! He is by far the best! read more

The Mobile Vet is a Veterinarian of more than 30 years. He is very thorough and friendly and he is at least half the price of any walk in veterinary care office/hospital. He is fully equipped to lovingly care for your pet! No, he is not paying me to say this. I have used him for my dog Molli for several visits and I am so greatful that I don't have to take her to the dreaded hospital room. I highly recommend this Veterinarian. Dr. Beshara, thank you for your services. read more

So my 15 year old dog was bleeding from his bottom and the smell was terrible. He was also experiencing neurological issues with depth perception and I figured he had a really bad infection and it was likely time to put him down, but I wanted to be sure that it was the right choice. The last time we had to go to a vet we were there for 7 hours. Thank God Dr Beshara offers a mobile service. He wasn't able to come until the following day but he arrived in the morning and immediately informed me that it was time to euthanize my dog, and that he was almost certain my dog had cancer and this was the result. He was kind and compassionate, friendly and had great communication. He charged $120 for the visit and exam, $135 for a shot to put my dog at comfort, and $155 for the shot to euthanize my dog. He also offered to take my dog to be disposed of for $90 as I didn't have a spot to bury him in my back yard as I had hoped to do. So all in all, I paid $410 for the visit and $90 to have my dog disposed of with a service. I've been told that it was a steep price but I feel for the convenience and simply not having to expose my baby to traveling and waiting in a vet office it was well worth the cost. Dr. Beshara also stated that he could neuter each of my remaining dogs for $375 each and could do it from my home, and it would include all of the recovery meds and all. I'll definitely be using Dr Beshara again. read more

Dr. Beshara was recommended by a coworker. I have to say it was a great experience to have him come over so quickly and very punctual. I will definitely contact him again not just for follow ups but for any future incidents that may occur. I have a 9 year old husky who is prone to have seizures and arthritis this can be such a stressful time. Very convenient the time he is able to come to my home and treat my husky. Same day house visit when I made contact. I really appreciate all his help. Thanks Dr. Beshara! read more

All skeptics PLEASE read this rating. You have absolutely nothing to worry about with Kern House Call Veterinarian Services. This Veterinarian saved my dog's life & my family & I are so thankful we came across this company online. Choose here because it's the best price, service, and results. Dr Beshara is a mobile vet so he comes to your home and examines the dog. We were skeptical of this company.. we had just moved from Texas and couldnt afford to go into a regular vet/animal hospital and pay a lot of money just for an examination. We didn't know what exactly was wrong with our dog so we needed to do something fast, our dog wasn't eating and was getting worse in behavior as each day passed. When we called he came right away and examined our dog. Turns out he was positive with parvo and needed to start medication immediately. Dr Beshara prices are much more affordable that other vets, he explains everything clearly, and you can tell his compassion for animals. If your looking for a veterinarian or have a pet emergency you need to call this place. You won't regret it, it's affordable, you'll be well informed by the vet about your pet, the payment, etc., and I can almost guarantee your pet will be all better after seeing Dr Beshara. A million thumbs up. read more

We are very disappointed. We made an appointment. We were told that the vet would arrive at some point during the morning (on a Monday). My husband scheduled leave, so that he could be there to ask questions. The morning of the appointment arrived. The vet didn't show up. I texted around noon. They asked to reschedule for Tuesday or Wednesday. We scheduled for Wednesday. My husband scheduled leave, again. They cancelled, again. I had high hopes. The lack of care and consideration for our time was incredibly disappointing. They didn't care enough to call and let us know that they wouldn't make it. They just didn't show up while we sat around all morning, waiting. After scheduling the second appointment, they cancelled the day before. The vet search continues... read more

Today around 9am before calling Kern Mobile Vet, I literally had called like 6 other Vets, and no one had any available appt today til either tomorrow or early the following week. Finally I decided to give Kern Mobile Vet a call, thinking there's no way he would pick up or even come last min. Reading from the other yelpers reviews, it seem that it would be hard to get a hold of Dr. Beshara but I was so desperate I called anyways, to our luck Dr. Beshara picked up my call on the first ring. He was so pleasant to talk to, he asked me what's wrong with my dog. So I told him that my dog's ear has an infection and a bad inflammation on his skin from scratching so much. He said, he would be able to come at 12:30pm, and of course I immediately took the appt right away. So I was super relieved, and told him I'll text him my address, just when I was about to text him my address, he called back and said he was sorry that he didn't realize that his 12:30pm appt is already booked. He than told me he could come tomorrow, but I said no, I really need to get him checked today, so he pretty much said ok I can try and come at 11:30am. We were so happy he came way before our 11:30am appt. he got to our house at around 10:35am. He checked all 3 dogs, he helped treated and gave my frenchie(the one with the ear infection and skin inflammation) all the shots he needed and he even gave him a medicated bath and showed us how to. Everything was done efficiently with a quickness. My husband and I and of course my 3 dogs are now forever Thankful to have Dr. Beshara came to the rescue. Totally worth every penny! Thank you again! read more

Super unprofessional. My dog got attacked by another dog and I called this mobile vet to find out his availability. He said I could text him my name and address and he would come out. A whole hour after I sent the requested info, I decided to call him back to see when he would be arriving - mind you my 9 year old bulldog is bleeding from multiple places, including her throat, and I told him she would need stitches when I called him. He tells me he didn't get my text and that he can come out tomorrow! If he couldn't come, he should have just said that. 0/10 would not recommend for emergencies. read more

Definitely will and I am recommending Dr. Beshera to everyone I know and starting here on Yelp for public recognition. He is not only the best vet ever but he comes to you. How much better does it get than that? Prices are extremely reasonable. Both of my fussy pets warmed right up to him and that says a lot from The Queen Hummer. So : 1. Great vet 2. Mobil...he comes to you 3. Was able to get appointment with him in 3 days while my vet (previous vet I should say) booked til end of June. 4. Both pets loved him 5. Was so nice to my special needs son 6. More than reasonable prices... call him to get the cost of a dog dental cleaning with anesthesia....you will faint 7. So what could be the reason that you don't call Kern Veterinary for your pet's next appointment? THERE IS NO REASON!. Thank you Dr Beshera. See you for the free follow up in 2 weeks! Yes free follow-up. Yes most vets have a free follow up but they don't come to your home, do they? Remember it was 106 degrees yesterday. read more

Does anyone know how to get a hold of this vet its been months I call and only the answer machine responds?

I was horrified to have left several messages on his phone and emailed as well and receive no response whatsoever. Even to say that he was unavailable. I could not believe that someone who is supposed to be compassionate would not even respond in any fashion to someone in need of putting their dog down!! Knowing what an awful position that is! I will be sure to let my friends and colleagues know not to contact this person. I wouldn't want anyone to bother with someone who obviously doesn't give a hoot about people in need.
