The encouraging women community flooded with "high fives" is uplifting. Everyone is going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and included. Daycare and a boutique selling burn boot camp apparel, accessories in addition to protein powders are available on-site. Focus meetings allow you to get guidance by a burn boot camp trainer on how to attain your fitness and nutrition goals. You will also get your measurements taken, including body fat, to track your progress. You can book Focus meetings on their free phone application.
