We called and spoke with Pam who was very responsive and got us our quotes fairly quickly for the services we wanted. Dan wanted to visit our house to assess the scope of the job. We discussed details of what we wanted and estimated how long the process would take-- ours ended up being two days. Diana showed up with her team and they did a fabulous job. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the interiors of the windows, dusted all the cleared surfaces including my blinds! My bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. They worked hard in getting all the detailed cleaning right. Dan showed up on day two and worked on the carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was very enthusiastic and was so focused on getting the job done. We are so grateful and happy for all of the professionalism, great service, and friendly attitude that Dan and his team provided us.

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommended!…read more I sought Diana and Edgar of EMD to help clean my dad's home, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and were exceptionally quick to resolve any minor issues that came up. Their work ethic and attention to detail are top-notch, and everything turned out completely perfect. It was such a relief knowing my dad's place was in such capable and caring hands. If you are looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and thorough team, look no further. Highly recommended!

They showed up on time with all their supplies and a kind hello. I have never hired a cleaning service before so I have nothing to compare when looking for cleaning services, but with that said I am satisfied by the service provided. I especially love how clean my blinds are. I did take off 1 star because I did spend about 45 minutes after they left (which would have been shorter without my mobility issues-broken foot) putting stuff back the way it was. Books not with the spines facing out -put back sideways, pictures moved to wrong side of dresser or shelf, pictures on the wall left crooked after dusting. Coffee maker moved to other side of kitchen. Minor things that probably/hopefully don't happen when it isn't a one time job and the cleaners know the place better but still kind of annoying.

I requested a deep cleaning service through Yelp, Rebecca reached out and booked me straightaway for the next available Saturday.
