They have seen five of our pets over the last several years, and helped see one of them through to the very end. The thoughtfulness and compassion they displayed when they came to our home to put our cat to sleep, and the followup with them about the process was truly exemplary. I think that how an office handles situations like that speaks everything about them. As another story, our greyhound has a bizarre blood clotting condition that we've had experiences with in the past that no other vet was able to figure out. Our vet put in the time to do the research, figured out what it was, and found us a supplier of a medication that fixes it, and did not charge us extra for all that extra time spent outside of the visit. They consistently do more than provide minimum care for our furbabies, and in my experience, I've never felt so confident about the vet I take our creatures to.

It's been 3 weeks and I've been calling and fighting none stop to get it back but apparently it's completely lost and there's nothing they can do but say sorry and apologies for that.

Third visit, My yorkies wound with staples was infected and cascade said ope, nothing we can do tonight and gave me an $700 estimate to be paid if I brought him there in the a.m. Dr. Quimby saw him that night, removed the staples and put a drain in along with correct antibiotics. He removed the tube and staples and he's almost healed!!! Quimby charged 90% less than cascade and actually cares about animals. He's definitely not in it for the money. I will always reccomend him and bring my current and future pets to him.

They took us to the calmer side of the clinic and put her on an exam table with a nice fluffy blanket on it. They gave her a sedative to relax her and let us take as much time as we needed to be with her and say our goodbyes. They told us to let them know when we were ready for the final injection and once it was done she quietly went to sleep. No more pain, no more problems. Again they gave us plenty of time to be with her and then they called Parker Kohl funeral home where I wanted her cremated. It was seamless, PK came and got her body from the clinic and I didn't have to do anything. They made a very sad time much less difficult than I would have every imagined it would be. I immediately went to find another company and found Animal Friends. I told them of this situation and they said to bring my dog down to meet them, he did fine as I expected and my dog has now been happily boarded for 2.5 years. I travel extensively and appreciate that it's a family owned business that actually cares about my dog. They know I travel and accomodate me too because some nights I come in late and picking up the next day is better for me.
