The FFL staff member who processed my transaction refused to provide any accommodation for my severe dyslexia, including denying my companion the right to read the Form 4473 aloud. They were explicitly threatened with removal for attempting to assist. The staff offered no alternative, despite a clear ADA obligation to ensure equal access. After the transfer was denied, they promised to speak with management and provide a follow-up resolution but have not contacted me. This was a degrading experience marked by hostility and a disregard for disability rights.

My Aunt and I ran into Ace Hardware to pick up a plant care tool, and I was so impressed at the breadth of inventory of this quaint and well-organized Ace Hardware. You'll pay premium prices for that toaster you need, but it sure beats driving an hour to Bozeman when you need it in an instant. The store was clean, well-organized, and no fewer than 3 different associates stopped us to see if we needed help. We found the soil thermometer quickly and had a pleasant interaction at checkout. Rosedale Gardens was exceptional as far as their quality of flowers and their service. I hope to come back there for many years to buy our flowers. The owner transplanted some flowers into a bigger container for us and was so helpful. If you're anywhere near Livingston and need flowers this is the place to go.

You can't buy something that would normally be a single purchase, you have to buy a pair of whatever, or a set. They can't seem to get their floorplan right, its always blocked or curtailed off, and most of the staff couldn't answer a hardware question if you wrote the answer down answer showed it to them. I wouldn't recommend this hole to my worst enemy.
