Kenwood Hearing is by far the BEST in the business. I have so many good things to say it's hard to know where to start. 1. Super friendly front desk staff. They speak clearly on the phone. They know their customer base and what they need! 2. The audiologist is friendly and extremely knowledgable. You can tell he has passion for what he does. 3. The equipment used for my hearing test was top notch. Most advanced I have ever experienced. Additionally, when I asked about questions about the tests and how they worked, the audiologist was more than willing to take the extra time to answer them. 4. After my test, the audiologist showed me my results and explained what they meant. When he found out I had an interest in phonetics he went even further to explain the relationship between different phonemes and sound frequencies. It was awesome. When I asked he printed out a copy of my results. 5. Kenwood sells many brands of hearing aids. I was able to test several brands before I made my decision, and by test I mean wear them for a couple days! I tried out Resound, Oticon, Wydex, and Phonak before making my decision. 6. When my hearing aids came in the audiologist took real care in programming them for me and making sure they were connected to my phone. 7. Whenever I had issues I could easily make an appointment and come back in for adjustments. While there they always checked for software updates to make sure I was getting the best out of my hearing aids. In conclusion, Kenwood is the best. Go there. read more

My first visit at KHC Petaluma was life-changing! I was blindly referred by my general practitioner at PHCC, and the receptionist gave me a cancellation that same morning. I had a perforated eardrum several years back and recently developed tinnitus in the same ear. I felt like I had an earmuff, conversations became challenging and I suspected some hearing loss. Dr. Bill Diles confirmed my concerns and offered to let me try a hearing aid. He put on a Sting song and showed me the difference with and without the aid. I was truly overwhelmed by the difference and felt like I was hearing again for the first time! I was literally brought to tears, happy, grateful tears. Dr. Diles kindly allowed me to borrow the aid while he works with my insurance for approval. He and his receptionist were absolutely warm, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service and employees at Kenwood. My 88 year old mother lost everything when her house burned down in Coffey Park a month ago. We heard Kenwood was generously offering to loan hearing aids until folks could get new ones from their provider. Kenwood treated us like paying, long term customers. I went in for a very complete hearing test to find out if I could benefit from hearing aids. Lee Diles was very competent and set me up with a very nice pair of hearing aids. After a week of wearing them I felt that I wasn't quite ready to wear them full time and I returned them. Lee explained that there was no rush to decide and that my information would be available when I returned at a later date if I wanted to try again. I was referred to Kenwood Hearing by Petaluma Health Center when I requested a hearing test, and I'm so glad they did! I realized I've developed bad hearing and wanted to get it tested. Bill was super friendly and very helpful. After finding that I had minor hearing loss (mostly on the higher frequency end of the spectrum), he assisted me with various hearing devices and even let me demo a pair for a week to see what it was like, which was amazing! I have been seeing Bill for most of my life, over thirty years! I remember being a scared little kid accompanied by a concerned mom, meeting Bill for the first time.
