Water everywhere. Not enough suction. A while back I brought my motorcycle gear in. When I went to check out I placed it on the floor right up against the wall closest to the staff upfront. This was not a tripping hazard. There was PLENTY of room for people to get through. An assistant and a patient came into the area where I was standing. The female assistant then said "we need to move this out of the way" She just started grabbing my gear and placing it up on the counter. Don't grab someone else's gear. It was not in the way. A line doesn't form up against the wall. There was only two patients present ready to check out. Ask the patient if you can move their gear. There aren't any signs posted showing patients where to stand in line. How RUDE and inappropriate. I have noticed a negative dynamic in the past with some staff upfront. I noticed recently when I was leaving a new staff member made sure not to make eye contact or say goodbye and I was in her close proximity. Very unusual. I have noticed small irritations with the Dentist. One involved an irritation regarding a tongue issue. Another involved an obvious impatient gesture, because I wasn't talking and/ or moving fast enough. If you ask a patient a question then expect them to answer. This is not about being overly sensitive. This is about wanting normalcy. Time to move on.

The entire appointment lasted over three hours, which felt excessive for the procedures performed. During the visit, my son said the dentist appeared impatient and communication was minimal throughout the procedure. At one point my son requested to use the restroom multiple times but was told that if he got up they would have to start the dental work all over, which did not make sense to him and made him uncomfortable about asking again. The local anesthetic was also administered in a way that he described as quite uncomfortable, and there was little explanation about what was being done or what he should expect. When the procedure was finished, Dr. Nguyen left the exam room without providing any post-procedure instructions or checking back in. Although my son is 18, he is still a patient and deserves the same level of professional communication and respect that any adult patient would receive. Overall, this experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and unnecessarily long. I hope the practice works on improving patient communication and professionalism, especially with young adult patients who are navigating dental care independently.

The reason for my 1 Star rating, the 2 visits I had this past month were horrible. The dental assistant was completely uneducated, rude, ignorant and very vague to any questions asked. The fact that I knew more about her job than she did was ridiculous, scary to say the least when you're relying on this person to take care of your teeth correctly. Upon my 2nd visit I returned again because due to my insurance issues at the moment, I wouldn't have to pay for an exam if I saw the same people. Hoping things would be different, nope. Same issues, same vague responses, work not completed properly just yanked my tooth out and said "ok good to go" doctor got up in left (newer dentist) and that's all. I asked the assistant if she was gonna clean the socket, look for bone particles, remove the periodontal ligament NOPE. She replied with "what're talking about there's nothing to clean" and gave me my paper work. When asked to repeat the instructions on the area I got my tooth pulled her response was "are you serious" and then nothing. Until I had to keep asking, keep in mind forcing words out while gauze was packed in my mouth. Absolutely horrible review due to this dental assistant. Waste of money, and believe me I won't be returning :)
