I thought I would give Mr Le a relatively small job to do even though I had a co-worker that had a bad experience with Mr Le. First thing I noticed about Voyager Marine these days is the place looks more like a junkyard than a boatyard, Voyager always looked like a professional shop when Gene ran things. When I picked up my boat the repair cost was twice what we had agreed upon and I had to re-do some of the work because of the miss adjusted settings and fasteners that were missing washers that should have been in place. Live and learn, I had a terrible experience and won't be back. If you have work done here I wish you luck.

What amazing service!…read more Bought my first little boat, needed a motor, and found Voyager Marine was not too far away. One quick call got Mr Le on the phone who took so much time explaining everything to me and figuring out the best motor to go with. I had checked prices online and was really surprised that Voyager had the best price anywhere! Today was the day my motor arrived. Mr Le spent a great deal of time going over every detail with me on how to use it, take care of it, and keep it in great shape for many years to come. He is clearly an expert and offers many good tips, tricks, and best practices. I did not catch her name but the lady who answers the calls was also so helpful and friendly. She always got right back to me with any questions or concerns. It is so rare in the day and age to find people who really know their stuff and take the time to share. Voyager Marine clearly wants super happy customers and I now see why there are so many other positive reviews. From the first phone call, ordering, pickup, payment, and support the team here are awesome.

From the start, he was incredibly helpful and professional. I was a bit hesitant about sending a large deposit for parts since we hadn't met in person yet, but in hindsight that worry was unnecessary. Art is the real deal and handled everything like a pro. The whole process--from the quote to parts and labor--was straightforward and transparent. The quality of the work, the convenience of mobile service, and the turnaround time all exceeded my expectations. I definitely feel like I got more than my money's worth. I'll be using Art & Son for all my boat trailer and mobile mechanic needs going forward. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 solid AF Trailer is rolling nice now! First impressions are so important and Cody knows this like a master. He was called on a few…read moreoccasions where he was quick, fairly priced and demonstrated impressive knowledge and expertise. This is why we were repeat customers. Knowing his style he'll respond to this review and will either play victim or tell a story that won't reflect the reality of the shocking experience. I would like to say thank you Cody for the first few service calls and would also like to warn potential customers that he upcharged almost 100% for a part that was available at a local RV shop to a consumer. It was purchased because he didn't return in a timely manner (about 1 month) and eventually didn't return at all. He said the wrong part was sent and that the correct part would arrive in about a week. When I told him the part was purchased at a local RV shop he was suddenly able to install the part he ordered with 2-3days and ignored the fact that we had the part needed. I told him to return it and get a refund in which he said he couldn't. I suggested that since the first part sent was the wrong part that they should understand his customer not being able to wait for over a month for hot water and that a refund should be honored. Since the correct product was still en route I suggested to have it rerouted back to the company since they made an error the first time. He was persistent that he could not get a refund so I asked him for the name of the company and that I would call them myself. He gave me a fake company name that didn't exist. I also asked him for the receipt which he never sent. He also said that only contractors can call them. I already know exactly what he did. Paid himself/his own card services with an exorbitant amount of money for a part that was readily available locally and on-line for a hundreds less and even a delivery turn around time of 24-48 hours. After cornered into his own lies he suggested that it would be best if we not speak again. Waiting for over a month without warm water is unacceptable, especially during the coldest time of the year. Upcharging a senior citizen and lying about the cost, wrong part delivered, not sending a receipt is elder abuse. Cody may be good at what he does but he may have succumbed to being a victim himself. No judgement on RV living just in disbelief that someone well-mannered and talented had to lie and steal from a senior. After having to boil water to shower for over a month, the part found locally was purchased and installed in 20 minutes by a non-rv/mechanic. So the best thing that happened in this situation was money saved by him not coming to install the part. If a response is made to this review and misrepresents the situation I have everything documented and will provide pictures of the txts exchanges. Cody, you could have dropped off the part since we paid for it. I hope you double benefited from up-selling the same part twice. My only recommendation for your business is to stop ripping off seniors- it's bad karma. Sleep well and take care of yourself, Houdini.
