When I made the trip to Springfield, I was greeted by the nicest young man, Chris. I let him know I had been working with Michael, who was assisting another customer at the time, and Chris stepped right in without missing a beat. He took plenty of time to walk me through the camper and never made me feel rushed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the next week for a full walkthrough, and that experience was just as impressive. Vincent helped us, and he was outstanding--he thoroughly explained how everything worked and answered every single question we had with patience and professionalism. Roy and the team in parts and accessories were also wonderful. They helped us find everything we needed (and wanted!) to get fully set up. Carrie has come to my rescue numerous times: furnace/heat problems, broken guage on my propane tank, generator cleaning and recommended adjustments, solar/battery power issues a punctured tire and even getting thru / unstuck in washes. She was patient and kind, never patronizing or condescending - like some of the males around. She was expedient and able to calm my fears, frustration and anxiety. She even walked me thru everything she was doing so I could do it myself later - if needed. And since I wanted to learn more about my RV, she provided links to training videos she recorded. Carrie shows great qualifications and prior to the inspection she sounded like she was very…read moreknowledgeable with inspecting any type of RV including a Motorhome which is what we needed. When we had her inspect a 2003 Beaver Motorhome she missed some very important aspects of the Motorhome and didn't seem very familiar with major common systems in the coach, therefore many things were missed or inaccurate on her report. For example, she was not familiar with Aqua Hot so she never checked it and when she turned on the water to test whether or not it was getting hot she gave us temperatures in the 60's leading us to believe the water wasn't getting hot but she didn't leave it on long enough for the temps to rise. When she tested the washer/dryer combo she never even checked to see if the water supply was turned on to it which it was not and reported to us that the rinse cycle was not working because there was no water coming out. She also never checked the suspension airbags, as well as the tag axle switch to see if they actually raise and the list goes on. Would definitely never use her again nor would we recommend her. We feel it was a total waste of money because after much conversation with the owners of the coach, they were able to prove that her report was very inaccurate.

I said something that would sleep 2-4. I was shown the first pull camper sitting on lot, right outside the door.. I explained the corner bed would not work. Why not what's wrong with it? My husband and I would not fit We need a full mattress. What do you want? To see another option. Takes me to the second camper on lot. I look still not what I am looking for. When there is a window unit, not roof air, I know I am not interested. What do you want? Maybe see one without bunks? I explained we have owned several campers over the years, but it has been awhile. I know what I am looking for. I know what to check for. I just want to see options, different layouts. I was under the impression that you take trade ins and really was shopping to see what was available. Again, what do you want? I was so frustrated ! I was shown 3 campers because I insisted to see them. Travis would have shown me just 1. By the way, as we were leaving, I asked what his name was because a good salesman introduces himself and shakes my hand. Travis lacked that skill. Lastly, I may not have been dressed for success since I was on vacation, but Travis will never know if I had cash in hand. What do you want? Travis, i told you I wanted to see what what available. Had to have it…read moretowed back home told me. that somebody put a regular gas in my diesel that all injectors needed to be replaced tested the fuel when I got home there was no gas in that diesel. They replaced the high pressure oil pump along with two other things cost me $3700 and it was not the problem. The problem was the Injector's all along. These people are crooks and liars. I would not take my boys go kart to them there's no telling how many people they have done this too.

Ive gone up there personally three times and they lied to my face. So I'm now looking for a good attorney to sue for damages. My patience is at an end!
