One of their service guys threw a fit about the age of the vehicle, and the fact that the steering rack was leaking. I was aware of the leak, but it wasn't worth the expense to have it repaired. Then he proceded to rudely mention everything he possibly could list off that was wrong with the car. He actually mentioned that there was a zip tie holding the ABS sensor wire out of the way. Seriously?!? Have these guys ever worked on an old car? When a little tab that holds a wire in place rusts away, I'm not going to replace frame members just to secure a wire! A zip tie works just fine! So, after enduring his litany of complaints, and rudeness, he deliberately misaligned my car. When I drove it in, it was tracking straight. After I got it back from them, I had to turn the wheel about a quarter turn left to get the car to track straight while driving. I brought it to another shop 2 days later who re-aligned it for me. They also gave me a printout of the adjustments they made and strongly suggested I return to Country auto with their paperwork to demand a refund! Needless to say, after they were done with the car it tracked straight again and I will NEVER go back to country auto!

A friend's car broken down at the bottom of a driveway. The friend called AAA for a tow. AAA apparently contracts with these folks. The tow truck driver came and hooked up the car. He began to tow when they noticed that the car was gouging the driveway due to the way it was hooked up. The tow truck driver took the time to laugh at the people telling him to stop and keep going. The driveway had been completely redone the previous summer. The driver caused over 1000 dollars worth of damage, and the owner refused to acknowledge that it was their fault. He even expressed that this was normal. If you are looking at getting a head start on destroying your driveway, look these clowns up. Otherwise, stay far away. If they could care less when they are towing your car, imagine the care and attention to detail they have when repairing it.
