So this younger condescending snarky punk behind the counter decided to intentionally make my experience there an uncomfortable one. He would take a hand gun out to show and then literally turn away engaging another customer and ignoring my questions. I will never darken their door again and their competitor The Gun Parlor in Covington is now my exclusive go to gun and ammo outlet. Keep in mind my fiance doesn't know much about the mechanics of the firearm, this is why we picked this pistol to get her started. This clerk starts asking her to rack the slide, drop the magazine, what type of bullet does the pistol use, how many rounds does it hold, who makes the firearm? She answers most of his questions and handled the firearm responsibility but he told her it was a "red flag" because she didnt know all the questions he asked and he personally thinks she is buying the gun for me!! Then tells her this isn't a "starter pistol"!! I ask what is a starter pistol? And ask for a manager, he states he is the manger! Then a lady i have worked with before says she is the manager!! I have helped all my daughters and other friends and family buy firearms and get trained. This experience ruined my fiance experience buying her first firearm. Needless to say I won't EVER buy here again..
