They even had a ghillie suit for sale. Hell yes. They also had a very nice selection of outdoor boots and shoes. Knives - There was a display of the reasonably priced knives and a display case with the more expensive ones. I didn't get to check out the case, but I did pick up a sweet knife sharpener. My ZT will be razor sharp in no time. Guns - Meh. Don't get me wrong, there were an enormous amount of guns. It was the prices that turned me off. I guess the prices are on par with other shops, but if I'm buying a gun, im getting it cheaper than they sell it. Safes - Lots of display safes and about half hadn't been locked so I could view the insides. Maps - That's right. It's 2016 and some people still use a road atlas. They had plenty of LA and several other states. They also had compasses including lensatic varieties. Food - They had the freeze dried backpacking stuff, but they also had a ton of beef jerky. Besides the typical big name brands, they had other varieties too. I picked up a back of the sweet heat and it was gone by the time I great home. Fishing - everything except big boats. They did have kayaks. Ice chests - Overpriced ice chests from Yeti and others? Check. This store pretty much has it all. I enjoyed my first visit and will be back soon.

I wandered around for about 30 minutes and I managed to find a few things. Some I needed and some I didn't know I needed. So, I carried my bounty to the register and was checking out. I asked the young man if they had a THule or Yakima kayak loader. He replied, " We don't have any T-hule loaders or Yakima loaders in stock." I always find it amusing when the folks in the outfitting shops do that. I'm not "Sveedish" so I'll continue to say "THule" LOL. In all seriousness, the shop is very comfortable and friendly.
