Rick took care of my car here, and it was fixed quickly. He picked my car up and dropped it off after the service, and didn't even charge me for labor. If I could give 0 stars I seriously would. I had my vehicle towed here because my regular mechanic…read morewas pretty booked. Had a couple coworkers look at it and we all agreed that it was probably the starter. First red flag was the owner couldn't give me a price estimate. He said he would tell me the price when he was done with the service. I left my car there Thursday was called Saturday saying it was ready for pickup. He told me it was my starter. I pick up my car on Saturday and as I was a block away from my house it stopped in the middle of an intersection. Called the mechanic and he told me to try to turn it off and on which I did and then drove it straight to the shop again. ( it stopped twice more otw there) My ac worked perfectly fine before and that was broken too. What upset me was he wouldn't own up to making a mistake and just tried to blame me instead. He was really trying to take advantage. I had to call my father to go in there and check what was going on because they weren't taking me seriously. Monday they called me and told me they wanted me to pick up my car right away cause it was fixed. He was really passive aggressive over the phone telling me that if I couldn't pick it up I had to send someone to pick it up as soon as possible. That it wasn't their fault my car was just randomly stopping. I guess when you take a car to a mechanic is not their job to ensure your vehicle works 100% It sucks because they had really great reviews but I wouldn't do any business with them.
