Rob, the shop manager, quickly diagnosed why my brakes were pulsating after having them replaced…read moreonly a year ago by another shop which has since gone out of business. Rob discovered that my former shop only replaced bits and pieces when replacing my brakes and calipers! Ex: right side clip new, left side old. After driving on them for year they began to wear unevenly. No wonder my former shop, Frontline in McHenry, closed shop abruptly. Rob was able to replace all the worn brakes, calipers, and rotors that afternoon. He even did a thorough of inspection of the rest of the car and told me that the tumbler needed to be replaced on my turn signal. That's why the turn signal would get stuck "ON" when turning LEFT. It's a warranty item that even my dealer could not figure out when I had it in their shop twice for the same complaint. Bravo Rob & thank you!

I needed to get an oil change and the prices are decent here while the service is pretty good so I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well.
