In the past years my mother has been immobile and hasn't been able to frequent this pharmacy as before. They make it their objective to get her medicine to her in pill packages which last two months and are conveniently separated in months days and times. So all she has to do is pop open the bubble for lunch and out pops her pills. They charge her a small delivery fee for this privilege but it more convenient that having her go there to pick up. One day I even came home and saw that the owner of this Pharmacy had paid my mother a home visit because she was concerned that she hadn't seen her for long. Talk about special attention to clients. I highly recommend this pharmacy so centrally located in on the third floor of the Gulf Canada Square.

Well came here and the pharmacist recommended their own brand which was the same as Benadryl. I got their own brand Atoma. Well it worked but took sometimes. The people here are friendly and helpful. I was able to pull a pharmacist over to help no problem. Everything went back to normal at least I am no longer itchy. Not sure what caused the hives and skin itch.

To add to my shock, I noticed that the label on my prescription had a different client's name and phone number on it, and my bill had my name spelled incorrectly. Lack of attention to detail is not something you like to see in a profession that deals with medication! I do not feel safe getting any further prescriptions from this pharmacy.

The service and dependability has decreased significantly over the last 10 yars or so. we needed to get our COVID-19 flue shots and we directed to go to Rundle Pharmacy. Best thing we ever did. we were so impressed and to be blunt very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and confidentiality that we both transferred our prescriptions from the RealmCanadian Superstore. The pharmacist, Mr. Ahmad Jamal, has pr oded us with the best personal care we have ever received. He always, ALWAYS is so very kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He talks to us, not at us. Always greeted by a security guard when I arrive at the entrance, where was that individual when my son-in-laws $3K mountain bike secured with a heavy duty anti-theft lock when it was stolen in plain daylight on a day with the temps in the 40s? Observers outside, people walking up even said they witnessed the thief struggling to break the lock--which he did. The security guard is even outside at times. So much for that luck, and the store said, "sorry, we don't have security cameras." In the days when security cameras are the norm, and a public place with high volume traffic, I sense the store management here isn't on the ball. I hope they read this and consider beefing up what should be the norm in essential security. Kudos to the folks inside working the store though, they're fine, and I'm sure I'll return. I just wouldn't recommend bringing a bicycle if you're coming, and if security is that lax, best make sure your car is locked.

It seems like there is a higher chance of finding sale item in stock here. I like shopping here. Lots of parking if you have a car. Friendly service.
