It's the most ridiculous thing ever considering that they DO have a receptionist. They absolutely never ever return any voicemail. I saw Dr. Sue during most of my pregnancy. She is a very compassionate professional but I somehow felt less cared for than at Riley maternity clinic. She was also supposed to call to check on me after the delivery and never did. I know they get very busy but unsure why they would tell you that if they simply don't call. That clinic sounds a little like a walk-in clinic where they are very professional when you are there but forget about you the moment you leave the clinic. They also tell you that you can call or send them an email with any question you may have but won't ever pick up or respond to emails... I'll say go with Riley's instead.

She'd refer to me by my deadname that she clearly saw made me extremely uncomfortable, repeatedly, loudly for everyone to hear. And then she went yelling out my deadname, repeatedly, out loud to the doctor, asking him if they can provide services for me. I was then refused services, because my Alberta health card had my deadname on it. And my new legal name is different. I left in an extremely distressed state. Some of the staff could've been a lot more tactful and educated in their behaviour and approach towards me. Even if they had to turn me down, it could be done a lot more differently and not led me to the distressed, dysphoria induced state that they led me to. Technically, Triggering some of my conditions and causing me further harm, as medical personnel...for the conditions that I came to get assessed for, in order to receive my drivers medical examination. 0/10 would not recommend. Steer clear if you are not cis, are suffering from certain conditions, and need to get your driving medical examination done. Stay safe!

I had been feeling a shooting achy pain…read moredown my leg for about a week, but it wasn't constant and I had experienced it before and then it went away. But I woke up and I was having extreme pain from my left hip all the way down my leg. Behind my left knee there was in so much pain and my calf was so tight!! I was so uncomfortable and I at one point I could barely stand. I was so grateful because they just happened to have an opening. I went in and explained everything. The chiropractor did a sound wave machine on me and it hurt pretty bad. It did give some relief, when I went home the pain came back full force, but I did what the chiropractor told me to do and slowly but surly I felt so much more relief. By the evening I felt so much better! I still have a bit of aching, but I feel like a new person! I went from pain of 12 out of 10 to a four or five in just a few hours! I'm sooo grateful! I cannot say enough about the care and the concern I received!

I'm used to receiving Adjustments as well as ART with my chiro in Ontario, but Shane has done the Adjustments as well as Graston instead - it works out so well!!! The hours are pretty convenient, and they've just started doing online booking - awesome way to manage things! The office staff are lovely, as are the RMT's who share the clinic space with him. All around good clinic experience. This is the 4th chiro I've been to since I've moved to Alberta in 2014 (I'm picky) - and by far, he has been the best combination of experience and great personality so far.
