In the past years my mother has been immobile and hasn't been able to frequent this pharmacy as before. They make it their objective to get her medicine to her in pill packages which last two months and are conveniently separated in months days and times. So all she has to do is pop open the bubble for lunch and out pops her pills. They charge her a small delivery fee for this privilege but it more convenient that having her go there to pick up. One day I even came home and saw that the owner of this Pharmacy had paid my mother a home visit because she was concerned that she hadn't seen her for long. Talk about special attention to clients. I highly recommend this pharmacy so centrally located in on the third floor of the Gulf Canada Square.

Well came here and the pharmacist recommended their own brand which was the same as Benadryl. I got their own brand Atoma. Well it worked but took sometimes. The people here are friendly and helpful. I was able to pull a pharmacist over to help no problem. Everything went back to normal at least I am no longer itchy. Not sure what caused the hives and skin itch.

To add to my shock, I noticed that the label on my prescription had a different client's name and phone number on it, and my bill had my name spelled incorrectly. Lack of attention to detail is not something you like to see in a profession that deals with medication! I do not feel safe getting any further prescriptions from this pharmacy.

Pharmacists are there to not judge but to help with medications, and be discreet with your information, rather than have everyone know your illness. Will never go back. Always greeted by a security guard when I arrive at the entrance, where was that individual when my son-in-laws $3K mountain bike secured with a heavy duty anti-theft lock when it was stolen in plain daylight on a day with the temps in the 40s? Observers outside, people walking up even said they witnessed the thief struggling to break the lock--which he did. The security guard is even outside at times. So much for that luck, and the store said, "sorry, we don't have security cameras." In the days when security cameras are the norm, and a public place with high volume traffic, I sense the store management here isn't on the ball. I hope they read this and consider beefing up what should be the norm in essential security. Kudos to the folks inside working the store though, they're fine, and I'm sure I'll return. I just wouldn't recommend bringing a bicycle if you're coming, and if security is that lax, best make sure your car is locked.

I then started using the pharmacy but I have been very disappointed. They seem curt and harried, promised they could compound a beta blocker but after a week said they couldn't, but could split the pills which would take another week. After that I had more rather curt experiences so I moved my prescriptions to Cambrian which I highly recommend. They don't carry as many home health supplies but you can get those through Coop or Shoppers or Cal Medi. I have found the non pharmacy departments at Kenron pretty good but my experiences with the pharmacy left me not wanting to do business with Kenron.

When I pointed this out to the pharmacy the attitude that I got was that this was perfectly normal. I find this incredibly tone deaf in that I have other choices and Kenron clearly needs to price gouge its customers in order to stay in business. DO NOT make the same mistake I did in becoming a customer. You will over pay for your drugs and medical equipment, as this case clearly shows. A whopping 77% mark-up over retail is simply price gouging. Shame on Kenron.
