We were supposed to get an estimate but never received one. They showed up for the job and that's what was charged for the small amount of items removed and small amount of time that was needed for the job. Also - do you ever wonder how they have so many reviews or that the workers are almost always named? Mostly all on the big search engine. It's because they pull up the review page on their own device and tell you to write the review - right then and there in your driveway - after running your credit card on the device, that just looks like their personal cell phone. That's exactly what they did to my husband. Also made him take a picture of them to use in the review.

Eli (one of the owners) and his assistant arrived on time, wrapped my furniture prior to the move, and carefully moved all my things into my new home. On top of that, they finished the job a little earlier than Eli's time estimate - saving me a little more money. Their rates are competitive, on the lower range that I was quoted from other moving companies. Given my whole experience with Movers Ultimate I would highly recommend them - top quality and excellent value for the money.. Scott W

JUNK KING NKY DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE. I have been trying to get…read morein touch with Junk King NKY for weeks now both by phone and email but have gotten zero responses. The owner thinks the $150 refund justified the damage even though it will cost around $10,000. The refund was only for the poor service. Check to see if they have insurance before using them because I'm pretty sure they dont. I hope this is helpful when deciding if you want to risk using them. One of the workers tried to back their truck up into my narrow driveway with retaining walls on either side instead of parking on the street. While doing that he hit one of the walls, partially knocking it down as well as damaging a railing. The other worker was very apologetic and tried to fix some of the damage, but I will need to hire someone to fix or replace the wall. I sent an email with what happened along with pictures to the GM of this branch. I requested their insurance information that way I could work with them to get the damage repaired, but I have not received that information.

We are young, have a child, live paycheck to paycheck most times- and trying to clear out and fix up the home we live in. It's old and needs a lot of TLC. The clutter was just making cleaning and feeling comfortable in our own home so much harder. I was nervous at first but I chose this company because the online quote was the lowest of all the local junk removers. I would choose 1800Declutter again and again and again. They were so polite, and helpful, and caring. The caring part was what really got me. They saw what we needed done, and did it for us. They didn't try to rip us off, or charge us an exorbitant price. It was reasonable, it was within the budget and wasn't 50 more or less than the quote I was given online. They were kind to our animals, to our son, they were just two gentlemen who were raised right, and worked hard for us during the holiday season. They've earned our trust, our respect, and future business from us and our family members. We'll be sure to tell them all about you! Thank you so much for making our holidays a little easier. -Liz & Adam
