On our way out of Montrose, we discovered a nail in my rear tire. Big O Tires was the closest to us and ultimately they were able to patch the tire. Thought I'd hop on here to give these guys a quick shout out. I hope you don't find yourselves in a similar position, but it's bound to happen from time to time. If you're in Montrose and are in need of a tire patching, Big O Tires will come up clutch.

Here's the difference: Them: I brought the tire first thing in the morning; I was the only car there and likely to be the first customer of the day. Kwiki: Parking lot was full, waiting area was full. I'm thinking they must do a good business. Sure seems to be a popular place. Them: Didn't greet me when I pulled up, surly person asked me when said I had a flat, "On or off the car?" Off. It's a flat, run-flat. "What? A run flat? We can't fix run-flats. You have to buy a whole new tire." Kwiki: "Let's take a look...oh sure, it's a puncture in the tread, we can patch that. Did you buy it here?" No. I'm happy to pay to have it fixed.
