Telluride Roadrunner is da BOMB!…read more Me and my hubby rolled into Telluride and at the first roundabout there were some HUGE potholes! It was a shaded part of the road so we couldn't see them. Post-pothole...as we continued down the main drag at 15 miles per hour the tire pressure was depleting fast. We make a quick u-turn and headed back outta town to the Shell Station. When we finally made it we were at 9 psi...yikes! At first my hubby contemplated replacing the tire on his own, but we've got AAA Roadside Assistance so why not make due on our membership. AAA dispatched a tech from Telluride Roadrunner that was finishing a job in Norwood and said he'd be in T-ride in about 45 minutes. When our tech David arrived...he got that spare tire on in record time!!! Seriously, it took him maybe 10 minutes tops to replace it! David was super friendly and had the tools to get the job done fast and efficiently! Highly recommend Telluride Roadrunner! Thanks again David! You're the BEST!

We were at the top of Owl Creek Pass, 10,200 in elevation with only a couple of hours till…read morenightfall. Suddenly our SUV began making some ear-splitting noises from behind the front passenger side wheel. With those intense and hideous noises, and our concerns about whether or not the noises were eminating from the brakes, there was no way we felt comfortable taking the narrow, winding dirt road back down the mountain. We first tried to get our insurance company's tow service out, but that turned out to be a two hour comedy of errors leaving us with the sunset drawing closer and us, after all those hours, still we sitting on the side of the mountain. Finally the insurance company admitted that they their dispatch service could not figure out where we were or how to get to us. We made the decision to call M & H Towing and Repair. Pryce answered the phone. When we explained our location he knew exactly where we were. He was ready to dispatch someone out immediately, but first he asked a couple of thoughtfully investigative questions, then he proceeded to give us a suggestion to try. While he waited on the phone we tried his suggestion and "Voila!" noise GONE!! I really respect that even though he could have made a some nice bucks on a tow of that distance, it was more important to Pryce that we got our car safely running again and were able to get ourselves off that mountainside before darkness fell.
