We were a party of 7 and were told to take our chances by walking in! I was overruled by my Grandkids who wanted to go so we took a chance. We were able to get a table but I was seeing red when I looked next to us to see a table with the "Reserved" sign on it grrrr.... Food was good and our server very sweet. Best pizza in North Sydney and I have tried them all. I ordered ahead of time and asked them to have it ready at a certain time. It was the House Pizza. It was delicious and hot. Crispy, crusty with lots of cheese and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I have not actually sat down in the place, but I don't need to. I just want a hot delicious pizza when I pick it up... so far so good. Going to order their special tonight - Double Bacon Cheese Burger pizza tonight from their FB page. I hope they can keep up the quality.

The person on the front counter was patient and helpful as my wife and I tried to decide what to get (so much of the menu sounded delicious). We each had a slice of cheese as we wait for the garlic fingers we ordered. The slice was great on its own, but the garlic fingers were absolutely astounding. Essentially cheesy garlic bread topped with bacon served along side a garlic butter dip. My only complaint is that we didn't order a larger size!

The place is just filled with happiness and joy and it stems from the staff that is fully visible to all patrons. Everyone working here looks happy and spears to live their job. The atmosphere brought my spirits up just being there. I ordered the 14" combination. There were plenty of toppings and sauce. The cheese tasted like real cheese not some fake stuff like some places use. The inside of the restaurant is small but not cramped. There is a lot of traffic because there are a lot of takeout orders being picked up. They also sell pizza by the slice which is a good way to try different pizzas without ordering a whole one. If you're craving pizza and you're in the area of Baddeck - I highly suggest Tom's Pizza!!

I asked the girl behind the plastic barrier if they had any promotions, to which she replied "yes." I was baffled that I had to further ask if she could tell me them, wondering if I have to have the key to the secret crypt to gain access? She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.
