Crispy, crusty with lots of cheese and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I have not actually sat down in the place, but I don't need to. I asked the girl behind the plastic barrier if they had any promotions, to which she replied "yes." I was baffled that I had to further ask if she could tell me them, wondering if I have to have the key to the secret crypt to gain access? She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.

While there was decent service, there definitely was a language barrier to ordering unfortunately. The pictures online are taken from angles that don't show how outdated this location truly is. The restaurant itself is a mix of 1970's meets 1980's, with exposed wires and cables everywhere. The music was blasting but it brought the restaurant up to a 1990's vibe, as the music definitely wasn't current. The music kept buffering on the tv inappropriately but you could drown your sorrows in the Kleenex (not napkins) boxes on each table.
