If you have any sense of self respect never go to this establishment , last time I went here there was three men in the kitchen all without hairnets or beard nets and one man really needed the beard one , but I let that slide and ordered the Tuesday pasta meal that stated it was 8.99 I thought wow what a deal! Then after we ate the bill read 13.74 per pasta meal ? Apparently meat in your pasta is extra and 8.99 was just for noodles , I wouldn't mind if I actually got the fresh chicken breast strips in my pasta like I was promised but instead they sent me what tasted and felt like chicken that was cooked in world war 2 , it was so dry and flavourless I didn't even eat it , was I ever glad I paid 4.75 for little cardboard bunches that has the consistency of dog treats, on top of that the service was so poor , they never came back once to ask if everything was ok or if we needed drinks or anything after they gave us our meals, then after such a horrible meal and bad service and unclear prices I decided not to tip because I just didn't enjoy anything and the waitress looked at the slip noticed I didn't tip her said " wow thanks " gave me a death stare and stomped away , she behaved like a child and I will never go back to that restaurant again P.S the deserts are bite sized read more

My wife and I went to Lunch here with a friend from the area. A) We had a gift card B) Close to our friends child's school C) Why the hell not? Am I ever glad we did. Not overly busy at 2pm on a Friday. Good for us. We were given the choice where to sit and opted for a booth. The server, was very pleasant, and seemed knowledgeable. I went with a meal of apps. BBQ chicken wings - Perfect, top 5 best wings I've ever had Caesar salad - as good as they get (hard to do wrong) Pulled Pork Sliders - i also added bacon to this. SWEET BABY JESUS I have a secret passion for pulled pork, and these were just phenomenal. Full of flavour, fresh bun, fresh meat, BACON, they nailed it. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Spaghetti Pomadoro, and our friend enjoyed her Chicken sandwich. Now our friends son, didn't eat too many of his fries and chicken fingers, so I helped a little, and they were awesome. nice and crispy outer with a soft pillow of potatoe on the inside. Our server is the reason I am keeping this from a five star. She didn't drop by enough to check on water/beer intake. I ran out early and it was hard to get her attention sitting where we were. She erred on the dessert order for our friend's son, which was not good for anyone at our table. Until it was corrected, then i got the ice cream that was ordered wrong. Then our bills came.....they were so messed up, I just paid for everything, because that seemed easier. I'll give our waitress the benefit of the doubt and assume she was new. So four stars it is. I am actually eating here with my family. There was this woman keeping dusting and sweeping the floor while customers are eating right next to her. This was NOT hygienic. Then I ordered Blackberry Mojto that was totally watered down and I had to return it. My salad dish had so much dressing on it that I could barely fish out the salad that wasn't completely soaked in the dressing. Mind you, I did ask the dressing in the side. I should have sent it back, my mistake. Our waiter was so slow to check on us that we had to ask someone else for help. We are from Boston so it's really disappointing to see this level of bad food and service management. read more

I have lots of friends in the Sydney area so I'm in town somewhat regularly. And while I know I should appreciate the fine local places (and I do) I gotta give a shout-out to this BP location. I should forewarn you that this place is popular. Like, "wait 20 minutes for a seat" popular. But not every night. Mostly just the weekends from my experience. It's definitely a date night place with people then walking across the (very crowded, with people parking illegally) parking lot. Yes, parking can be a bit of an issue. Staff are friendly and outgoing and display the stereotypical Cape Breton charm. Food is at par with any other BP at which I've eaten (so if you don't like BP fare, this isn't for you). It can get a bit noisy because it's so popular but I think that speaks to the success of the chain. read more

Awesome service tonight we were seated promptly and given enough time to get comfortable and peak at the drink menu then the food menu. Our waitress was prompt and honest with our drinks and our food. Honestly only complaint is that the pricing seems to be a bit on the high side however given the experience I had tonight with my wife I didn't mind paying a little extra for it. I ordered a thunder mug and she ordered a rocket cocktail. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. We then ordered the ribber winger main and a double order of boneless chicken wings. There was not a scrap of food left both were prepped beautifully and exceeded expectations compared to other places in Sydney. If your in Sydney and looking for a great customer experience and great food with a dollar or two above the rest of the town price wise head on over to Boston pizza. Sure its a chain but unlike all the other chains in Sydney like east side Mario's. This chain is doing it right! Kudos to the franchise owner for a great establishment. read more

Decent food, great service, good prices. My hockey team ate here twice during a recent tournament in Cape Breton and we will definitely be back. I agree with the other reviewer that this place is popular. It's also loud. But there's something for everyone on the menu, and you can catch just about any game showing on TV.
