I asked the girl behind the plastic barrier if they had any promotions, to which she replied "yes." I was baffled that I had to further ask if she could tell me them, wondering if I have to have the key to the secret crypt to gain access? She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.

The Donair had a ton of saucet was just dripping off, and there was extra on the plate. It was really good. The garlic fries were so good but I got them with pizza sauce as I didn't want the sweet donaire sauce. Overall, it was good food.

The breakfast burrito that I had today was good, I barely was able to finish, filled with egg, lots of sausage it seemed, but of pepper, maybe tomato & bacon? I placed an order for an ex large combo with bacon and a baby cheese pizza. When it arrived I received an ex large pep and cheese with bacon . The baby pizza was fine. I phoned and asked for it to be replaced to hear the owner in the background rudely saying "what the bleep is her problem not liking pep and cheese" at that point I said never mind I will be down to get my money back. I brought the ex large back that was wrong and left the baby home that was right. The owner continued to fight with me saying he wanted the baby pizza back as well. I said that was fine I only want the money back for the wrong pizza. He continued to fight with me about this. After a few minutes he gave me a dirty look got the money and said "That's a perfectly fine pizza" I said maybe you should learn to listen to your customers and that I will NEVER be back. It's bad enough when places have staff that is rude to customers ... I think its disgraceful for an owner to treat customers the way this man treated me tonight. So in the end... I guess to order from pizza palace its eat whatever they decide to make .... not what you (the customer) wants to order. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
