When he put it back together the door no longer locked properly. He rekeyed some simple locks but after he finished the door handle came off in my hand. I had all of our keys labeled and separated. I asked several times about the estimate. She made me hurry as if the locksmith is already at my door and I can't be in this call, as the locksmith will call in the next second. The call came after 20 minutes, and he arrived after 1hr. The price is $19 plus what ever the locksmith charges based in the lock. It's a rip off. For a regular schlage lock they charged $178. Never ever use their service.
