One of my first meetings with Dr. Bercot, he pointed out the positives of the situation I was dealing with - which often times are overlooked and people focus solely on the negatives. I cannot recommend Dr. Bercot enough. I too found him a few years ago via Yelp and the rest has been history!

He is wonderful at monitoring subtle changes over time and is incredibly warm and reassuring. Popkin is extremely careful in following progress after making a precise diagnosis. He understands the roles and limitations of all pharmaceuticals and importantly, has a very broad understanding of internal medicine so he can rule out non-psychiatric causes of behavior or mental change. My wife can't believe how he has improved our relationship with his steady approach. He literally has improved my outlook and my enjoyment of life dramatically....and certainly my marriage. Rather, he cares about his money and his time. He is, in my opinion from my decade long experience of being his patient, greedy and unhelpful. He is also constantly late to appointments. I do not suggest having Dr. Popkin as a psychiatrist whatsoever to anyone. Don't waste your money.

At first, I would be frustrated in a session... it took a long time to feel grounded for me, but every single time I left I felt like something in me shifted. And i kept going back for years. Inga created this space and atmosphere that always felt like i was coming home. It was welcoming and supportive and her very nature made me feel safe, loved and appreciated. Comparing day 1 to final treatment is nearly a night and day difference. We opted to complete the 3-minute (I believe that was the time) version of treatment daily. The time went by quickly, especially since the team was super friendly and would chat with us. I have to give a huge shoutout to Sydney and Grace since we worked with them 99% of the time (along with Dr. Clinch, of course) and they are sincerely the coolest people. Their demeanor is merely icing on the cake to the top notch care provided at Inspire TMS. While treatment is incredible, progress doesn't stop there. You have to actively put in the work to improve your wellbeing. That might be easier said than done, but it seems more and more possible as treatment continues. I'm happy to report that instead of having 6.5 out of 7 bad days a week, my husband is much happier and on average has 1 bad day a week. A major psychiatric illness was emerging and was very rapidly destroying my life. She was able to quickly identify and diagnose the problem (that ~10 previous psychologists and psychiatrists had previously missed). Jeanne quickly found the right combination of medications based on my condition and genetic makeup and had me back on my feet quickly. She then worked with me to tune my medications so that they worked correctly (and without side-effects). We engaged in psychotherapy and ultimately psychoanalysis that has transformed my life in ways too numerous to recount here. Suffice to say that I have gone from a life that felt not worth living to one that is filled with happiness, joie de vivre, energy, confidence and seemingly (to me) endless potential. Most recently her use of TMS technology has improved seemingly every aspect of my brain's functioning. During that process I got to know many members of her excellent team and each did a spectacular job in their own right. I was extremely fortunate to find Jeanne and could not possibly recommend her or her practice more highly.
