I would give a zero if I could. My first visit was great despite the lack of decor, filthy carpet, and lack of ambiance. After my first visit I quickly realized that this guy is all about getting patients to set up multiple visits and get blood work as if he were an M.D. so that he can bill insurance and get more money with unnecessary visits and tests. He even went as far as talking down about the chiropractic profession and claiming to have a law degree as well. Strange. I will never go back to him and will instead stick to my regular Chiropractor who respects the profession and his patients.
****UPDATE****
So, "Dr." Fish responded. Stay away from this man. He is so unprofessional, lies about being an attorney (he's not...simply do a google search or better yet check the State where he claims to be barred in---it doesn't exist that's why he doesn't have any degrees or certifications hanging in his office), he puts down the chiropractic profession, and seems to believe that he is a medical doctor. He might have a doctorate of chiropractic...but that's it! His response is such a shame and super defensive.
His office is dingy, stinky, dusty, and bare. He has no secretary and as soon as you question his skills, abilities, lack of need for blood work--since he's no medical doctor,or fake law degree he no longer wants you as a patient.
****Second UPDATE****
I will be reporting Dr. Fish for his CLEAR violation of HIPAA laws. Speaking of my medical condition and his perceived perception of my health on a public forum is unethical, unprofessional, & ILLEGAL. Just because your horrible practice did not meet my standards is not a green light to discuss my specific treatment or health on a public forum. If you were a real lawyer (instead of the fabricated one you have convinced yourself to be) or a real M.D. as opposed to a fake one you would know that. If he really even is a D.C. he should know that but clearly he does not.
Patients beware. If he would do this to me he'll do it to you. He is not to be trusted.
****Third update***
Every time that I update my review this "D.C." edits his comments and changes his story. Lucky for me I have screen shots of every one of his HIPAA violations and various comments to my review. He is not professional and has so much time on his hands to now make a statement the he refused to treat me. Well, my insurance that he billed for unnecessary services states otherwise. If you can't handle honest reviews of real former patient experiences then perhaps you should opt out of Yelp. However, characterizing my review and statements as threatening, dishonest, or not an accurate representation of MY experience at your "business" is sinking to a new low. Unfortunately when you are in business everyone does not have to like your services and that is something that you have to deal with. I have the right to share my story and others do as well. I just hope that any prospective patients of this practice see that "Dr." Fish will bully you and become so incredibly defensive that he will create a narrative of his own, contrary to actual events, to minimize poor patient experiences. I have a right to inquire about questionable requests for blood work, a demand for multiple visits (where insurance would have been charged) to assess the blood work, alert my insurance, and report HIPAA violations. read more
