The reason the clerk gave me was that I did not submit my insurance information though I repeatedly told him I had a valid insurance card tgat I will bring with me on my visit. Very disappointed in the way this was handeled. Whether the cancellation decision came as a result of a low level front desk personnel or the management, I'm thinking some kind of bais might be involved. Either way I plan to report this mattter to the Better Business Bureau of MD.

The staff is kind, courteous, professional and accommodating. My husband and I both have years of significant abnormalities in the neck, spine and lumbar vertebrae. The staff carefully evaluated us both and have us on our individual unique therapeutic regimen including stretching and hands on adjustments. Three weeks later we are both walking with significantly diminished pain and celebrate knowing we don't have to live in constant pain and suffering. Dr G.Moss showed me a document saying that I had to pay 250 dollars out of pocket for xray she had to do but i was under the impression that the rest would be covered by my insurance . she said I had to come back the next day to review the results and go over a treatment plan . I went the next day after work and she showed me the xrays and told me what was wrong ( i already knew it as I had an recent MRI of my neck). To make it short , she then pulled a treatment plan and showed the price and gave me a contract to sign . the first part of the treatment was over 3000 dollars out of pocket . I did go to two other chiropractors in the past and it was covered by my insurance I felt that I was being sold something that could have been covered entirely by my insurance . I was so uncomfortable that I said that I had to think about it but I wanted to warn others not to believe anything this person says ,she acts like a car sales person in order to make you pay for something other do for a fraction of the price . Being in healthcare I felt taken advantage of ,I guess I should have read the reviews before going there as some patients decribed very well their tactics .

I was very skeptical at first because I had NEVER been thoroughly evaluated by another doctor the way Dr. Bobby evaluated me. When I first visited him, his somewhat brusque nature of engagement took a bit of time to get used to, but frankly given his depth of knowledge and ability to make things right, I am happy to completely ignore it/have gotten used to it. I actually enjoy it these days - there is an embedded dry sense of humor which I find makes me mentally chuckle. Back to his expertise, which is what I am really paying for: His combination of exercises, dry needling and other routines are absolutely on point. When he tells me to start/stop doing something, I know he is right. If I do what he says, I get better. If I don't, it is exactly what he predicts (example, stop a specific kind of exercise or it will continue hurting and yep, he's right. Or, start wearing these sort of shoes and it will improve and yep, he's right, Or, if you don't treat that part with ice for more than 20 minutes you will not heal, and yep, he's right - the list goes on). His dry needling treatments are incredibly effective. I was surprised by how they unlocked muscle pain immediately. I absolutely will recommend him to anyone. I sincerely appreciate the treatment (both therapeutically and personally) from both of these capable and caring doctors. I've heard and seen other chiropractor clinics skimp on their treatment with it only lasting about 20 minutes maximum, but this clinic is exceeds all my expectations as they extend their treatment to 1 hour and it remains that length with equal quality for every subsequent appointment. The doctors are also very flexible with their schedule, so if you are unable to make it to your next appointment, they will efficiently help you schedule a better time.
