I'm a full time firefighter so I get my share of aches and pains. I had been to two different chiropractors prior to seeing Dr. Theodore. They gave me some general adjustments but nothing beyond that. I had always had some minor chronic back pain that I just couldn't shake, even with stretching. I was injured by Spiro Theodore when he made an adjustment. My ribs popped and I jumped off the table in severe pain. I found out later, my ribs intercostals were torn as a result. He was using too much force and was not mindful about what he was doing. I saw two different chiropractor after that to get support and they said he should have never done that type of manipulation on my spine like he did. He admitted he made a mistake and apologized when I talked with him on the phone but several weeks afterwards would not recognize that when I had to pay a lot of money to see others chiropractors, he would not compensate me for what he said "I want to make it right". He basically was hiding behind his excuses and denial even though he initially told me on the phone that he wanted to make it right. He didn't even offer to refund me that one visit. He sees clients every 5 minutes like a factory automation. I really thought he was of much higher integrity when he said he wanted to make it right but when it came down to paying for my visits to another chiropractor in my recovery, he declined and said he did nothing wrong. read more

Life is good! For six weeks, I suffered from sciatic nerve pain that had me spending painful nights attempting to sleep in my bed only to escape to the recliner. I was recommended to this practice by a family member who said Dr. Spiro was the only practitioner who had been able to help with the complexity of their problems. I came in to work on my tight shoulders, as a result of too much computer work and age. I saw some progress then had a sports injury (torn meniscus) that we've been treating along with the shoulders. I have seen good progress with a combination of dry needling and adjustments. What I like most about the practice is the feeling that Dr. Spiro always listens to me, never talks down to me as some doctors can do. He has been willing to change the treatment plan in order to get better results.
