Easily the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. Went for a physical, to get something to help me sleep, and for a recurring GI problem that I had been experiencing for about 6 months, at that time. The wait to see the doctor was an hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The staff of very young, very pretty girls spent a large time standing around and talking, while actually twirling their hair--I kid you not. One poor girl seemed to be doing all the work, running around like the proverbial headless chicken. After being hurried in, Dr. Conte basically straight up refused to listen to anything I said about anything. He kept trying to push me on his 800 calorie a day diet that would require coming back to his office for weekly injections of vitamins and appetite suppressants. I know I have to diet, but I would have preferred more sensible suggestions, like a nutritional plan, or weight watchers, or anything. He was clearly there just to make money. When I tried to bring his focus back to my complaints--he got in my face and shouted "Don't you want to be skinny? Don't you want to be HOT!?!?!" He refused to do the blood work I wanted. He refused to give me a tetanus booster shot, even though it had been 15 years since my last one. "Oh, we don't do those anymore, unless there is a reason". He wouldn't consider a prescription for a sleep aid, or offer any advice for the panic attacks I that had been waking me up. Oh actually, he did, "You girls worry too much about your weddings". He sent me to get an ultrasound because of my GI problems. This was a sensible test, considering the symptoms. Conveniently, the place he sent me too just happened to be owned by another member of the Conte family--pretty amazing coincidence. After the ultrasound found nothing, he sent me back for an MRI. When the MRI turned up nothing, his diagnosis was, again "you're too worried about your wedding. Girls like you need to realize it's just one day--nothing to focus your life around". I guess when he has no family members to send you to, that's the end of his concern for your health. Fortunately, I later determined--on my own--that my problems were food allergies that I had apparently developed as an adult. In short, I would avoid the offices of Kenneth Conte. read more

Not only was my appointment for 4:30 p.m. but he decided to get on a conference call after already making me wait for over an hour. this is what also made me late for work and made me lose my job. If I could I would sue them for every dollar they have. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen in my life and they should be shut down! read more

So my mother had an appointment today. She arrived around 3:15. He took in two people who arrived after her while she was sitting there. She sat there for 2 hours waiting. So went to the receptionist and asked for a new appointment for tomorrow since She could no wait any longer. The receptionist asked the doctor he yelled: FUCK HER IF SHE DON'T LIKE IT SHE CAN FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. They did not refund my co pay. Do not go to this office! read more

They've mad some changes. Wait time could be better. Make sure you give yourself couple weeks advance for an appt date you need. Docs are always booked. && make sure you have a couple hours to spare to sit in the waiting room. At least 1-2hrs max. read more

This place is terrible. The doctor is good but the staff is terrible. They take the phone off the hook because they don't want to answer it. I have called for an appointment for weeks only to get an answering service everyday. I finally go in person to make an appointment she tells me doctor is out but call after 4 to review a refill. As I'm talking to her she shuts the window. So I call back to than have to call back an hour half later. It's a joke I can't believe a business can be run like this. read more

After waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I asked the nurses how much longer it would take to see the Dr. They said there were 5 more people in front of me and it would take about an hour. I have been a patient with Dr. Conti for many years. They have an employee under the name of Sarah. She is the most disgusting nasty and rude person I have ever met. During my last visit to the office, I was a witness of how Sarah mistreated one of her co workers that seemed to be new and by the way, she was very nice and sweet. She was very unprofessional and called me rude when I caught her spending time in a room with my signed prescriptions knowing I had been waiting for them. I spoke to Dan Conti and wife and they acknowledge they knew they knew about how unprofessional she was. I truly hope they let her go and give a chance to one of those million people looking for a job and willing to treat their patients the right way. read more

Never go there my appointment was a 4:30 , i show up at 4 and he show up at 6:15 , with stupid acuse and then I found out that he always show up after 6, no respect at all , they said they can give me a new appointment or if I don't like I can leave ., they don't care read more

My second time with Dr. Conte and his assistant asked me 5 times if I was there for the diet plan never mind you I am not over weight at all LOL I kept repeating that I was there because I felt dizzy but the doctor never let me finished what my symptoms were so he said it was vertigo and a prescription and send me on my way to the front desk where the 2 prescriptions he gave me were signed up to the lady that was waiting next to me no one listen to me so the lady next to me left and it was my turn to talk to the receptionist to get my prescription signed she said where is your prescription I said you just gave it to the lady that left and she said no I didn't let me get your prescription from the doctor so someone else is using Vertigo meds and headache meds on my account. This doctor is just there for money and does not care about anyone but himself and his diet plan not medical situations. Oh well I will never go back and hope that people read this and really care for themselves enough not to go to this doctor please please pick another one especially if you feel very ill. Dr. Ken Conte is not a doctor to put your life in his hands. read more

OMGoodness!! People DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR!! The only time this Doctor touches or examines you is when you first sign up!! He talks to his staff like slaves. His office manager Rita is a complete Dingbat and promises you things she can't deliver!! The wait is over an hour and the waiting room is always packed. When you finally get called to see the Doctor, you have to wait in their hallway on hard chairs as you witness him talking down to his staff in between his multiple coffee breaks!! This office is there to collect money not earned. If you have a serious condition or even a cold, don't go to see this Doctor. Oh, I forgot, he never even sent me for an X-ray or MRI. If I didn't bring him my previous test results, I probably would have been misdiagnosed if at all. RUN people RUN if you can or at least walk very quickly away from here. I currently only go because they are the ones who started my paperwork for my life insurance. I will be changing Doctors as soon as possible!! I hate this office!! I only gave the one star because the Yelp system won't allow you to give no stars!! read more
