I'm at specialist's offices frequently. This office has nothing to offer. I chose it from UHC's website, not from a referral. I'll be sending them a complaint shortly. Perhaps their practice can be put on probation. Can you imagine highly educated adults comfortable in this culture? All I can think is that they must consider us cattle.

She was amazing and everybody in that office is wonderfully helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about them and I know that's not a lot but I'm exhausted and tired. I have a fractured spine from a doctor taking me off Prolia, and never putting me on anything else, they use the term that there's too many to count. What does that tell you. Obviously they say it because I don't want you dwelling on it but they all did a wonderful job.

For my first visit to this facility, I had to see the doctor's PA, Carla Melendez. I thought that…read morewas fine because I have been in so much pain and had been previously advised by another physician that surgery would be the only thing to fix my hip. I've suffered for years with spinal pain and just found out my hip is in bad shape too, and added to the spinal pain, has been more than I can handle. Yes..I am overweight! Not something that I am clueless to, but because of that, she had already decided I was not worthy of a decent conversation to help me at all! She sat across the room from me with her laptop. I clearly made her uncomfortable. Eye contact was minimal. Her suggestion to me was to go see pain management doctor! She struck down any hope I had and made me feel disgusting! I had to wait for a note from her to give to my primary doctor. In the notes, it described a detailed examination talking about ROM etc. She NEVER ONCE laid a hand on me or examined me to even really understand my situation. I've worked in medical all my life, and never once made anyone feel unworthy for being fat. Hey..even the Doctor himself had to cruise through the lobby when I was waiting for her note. I suppose so he could get a LOOK at me too. Conclusion is don't go here if you're fat, they don't like helping fat people.

Dr Moore was the 4th orthopedic doc I have seen for my hip and I can finally say I finally found the right doctor. He is a flat out the most professional, knowledgeable, straight shooter I have ever dealt with. Even though I was a 20 year Navy Combat Corpsman and have an in-depth knowledge of what is needed he kept it simple and straight to the point. His office staff Especially the manager Ashley are the best. They were short staffed today and were apologizing for having make me wait like 15 minutes past my appointment including Dr Moore. That is unheard of in the medical environment today. I will have to have my hip replaced and this is the the Doctor that I want doing this. He has outstanding training, knowledge and ability in his field that in my opinion is unparalleled in the Phoenix Metro Area. I just wish I could give them more than 5. Folks check and research your orthopedic doctors for procedure's they do and I can pretty much guarantee that this is the place you will end up at.

During one visit, a different female doctor came in unexpectedly and applied far too much pressure, which made me very uncomfortable. I originally thought I would be seeing the same doctor from my consultation, but that wasn't the case. A few weeks later, I returned for a massage, and the therapist seemed noticeably unenthusiastic throughout the session. When it ended, she simply told me to head to the front where "the girls will take care of you," which felt dismissive. Overall, the quality of care and professionalism just wasn't there. The front desk staff often chat among themselves and don't present a professional environment. Because of these repeated issues, I've decided not to return.

I wanted a team that was experienced, attentive, and committed to helping me prepare for back-to-back surgeries and return to the active lifestyle I love--traveling, competitive pickleball, hiking, and more. I researched several facilities before choosing White Tanks Physical Therapy, and I'm so glad I did. From day one, my experience has been exceptional. The staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic is always clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere where it's clear everyone enjoys what they do. I'm now four weeks into my first knee replacement recovery. I've followed every recommendation from my therapists, and thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I feel confident I'll be ready for my second knee replacement in just two months. I've primarily worked with Pablo and had one session with Emily, but I've observed all of the physical therapists in action and they are outstanding--knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients' success. Pablo is my primary physical therapist, and I highly recommend him. That said, if he's unavailable, you can feel confident knowing the rest of the team provides the same exceptional level of care. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND WHITE TANKS PHYSICAL THERAPY! (Sorry for the all caps, but it seemed like the best way to express just how strongly I feel!)
