We had a very disappointing experience tonight…read more Around 3:00 p.m., I called to ask if they accepted call-ahead seating for a large group. The employee confirmed that they did, asked how many people were in our party, even asked how many high chairs we would need, and told us, "See you at 6:30." We arrived early at 6:20 with all 15 members of our group, only to be told they don't actually take reservations or call-ahead seating and that it would be at least a 20-minute wait. We completely understood that things happen and were happy to wait, so our entire group waited outside. Unfortunately, while we were waiting, the restaurant continued seating multiple smaller parties without making any effort to accommodate the large group they had specifically told to come at 6:30. After watching the restaurant fill up, it became clear we weren't going to be seated anytime soon, so we had to leave and scramble to find another restaurant during one of the busiest weeks of the year. This review isn't about the wait..it's about the communication. If you don't offer call-ahead seating for large parties, that's completely understandable. But please don't tell customers to arrive at a specific time, gather 15 people together, and then act as though no arrangement was ever made. It created unnecessary frustration and completely changed the course of our evening. I hope management addresses this so other families and large groups don't experience the same situation.

We got 3 rolls: the Alabama, the Play Girl, and the Samurai. On the sushi menu they have what is "in the sushi" and what "goes on top" which I think is neat and have never seen before. Our waitress was very nice and refilled our drinks multiple times. The hostess was also very pleasant. 10/10 would go here again.

If we were local to the area (we're from CA) we would most definitely be ordering spreads routinely to cover family functions and holidays! Starting the night we had 3 appetizers - lobster quesadillas, tuna, and mini oyster slider burgers. All 3 had excellent flavor with the quesadillas being my favorite - dripping with flavor, literally best quesadilla I've ever had. After trying all these appetizers I knew the dinner was going to be excellent. Dinner started with bread. Olive bread - my favorite! Next came the salad that came with mixed greens, craisins, pears, and a nice and light vinaigrette that was fantastic. Probably one of the best salads ever. Sorry this seems to be a common trend of the night but such great food. Dinner was served next and it included shrimp and grits, steak with sauce over broccolini, and stuffed squash with vegetables. Favorite had to of been the stuffed squash. Not exactly sure what all was in it but definitely spinach - so amazing! The shrimp and grits were very cheesy and super flavorful (lots o butter!). The steak was thinly sliced and the broccolini underneath was steamed to perfection. I would love to have this company cater my wedding bc it was so incredibly delicious. Would highly recommend it!!!
