Luke and Tiffany are wonderful people to work with and for. I am a mobile notary and mostly communicate with them about signings. They make the transactions incredibly smooth and are so flexible. What can I possibly say to describe how lucky my husband and I feel to have found Tiffany at the last minute in our house hunting process? Kendrick really does seem to do real estate differently. Other real estate agents were always super high pressure, and they made me feel like I was wasting there time if I did not buy the first house I saw. Also, other agents never seemed to want to talk with me if I didn't have my financing 100% worked out in advance, or would push me to use their favorite lender, even if it wasn't a good fit for me. I didn't get that impression with Kendrick. At Kendrick, someone knowledgeable was always available to answer questions, and my agent was happy to meet with me a bunch of times, just to discuss my housing goals. I had a tighter budget, and I couldn't bid homes up as high as some other buyers, but my agent worked to get me to homes first, so I could get in before the competition. Also, my agent seemed to have relationships with a lot of the other player, which ended up translating to me getting some extra credits and getting to move into the house early. The best thing my agent did was break down the process in a really easy-to-follow way, to make the process less intimidating. I really appreciate how everyone at Kendrick went above and beyond.
