All of those are five stars. so here's why I gave them 2 ......... every time I have checked out and I get a reduced item whether it be from the recent 66% off spring shop or before that I never get the percentage off that it's supposed to be and you have to fight with the cash register person to get the correct Percentage or end up leaving the item behind because I don't wanna deal with it so my 2 star review is due to never having the correct sale price. I'm looking at a receipt now from three days ago. Where two items say 5.99 and one has a 2.99 sticker in orange the cash reg person chose the 5.99 sticker !! Hmmm convenient

But after looking at a couple place near home, the hubby and I came to Tulsa to look a few places. After looking around, I made my way to Lane Bryant to see if they eould have anything with a bit of umph for a Christmas party but just enough for celebrating out 25th wedding anniversary. The staff was very sweet in helping me find something suitable that would be perfect for both. Once I found my top that fit me well and was easy to put on and take off, I found it was 40% off so it made my day, and came out to be a great deal. A great deal, kind service, and I got set up for their rewards program to boot. It is rare to find kind service these days, so it was greatly appreciated.

She had asked me if I wanted my receipt in the bag. Before I purchased, I asked her if I could exchange due to some of the items were my daughter's and I was not sure they would fit her. She said yes as long as I exchanged from the same area. I left, brought them home and looked at the receipt, and it was not itemized. I tried to figure out the tax but it did not add up to 159.01. My daughter tried on the clothes and some did not fit so I returned today to exchange them. I picked out the items to exchange. I said by the way can I get an itemised receipt for yesterday? She said no and that she did not have time to do it. I said it would not take to long, we can itemise and figure out the tax. She was getting belligerent, and said I don't have time for this! I said it would only take 5 minutes, and she said I want you leave this store now! I think now I was ripped off, and all I want an itemised receipt. my purchase was 41.00, 41.00, 39.00, 50% off for 12.47 and 40% off for 13.17 as it will state on the register. I believe this is not good customer service and this is not right. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager because this was unbelievable to me, she said she was the manager and my sister is the owner. I believe this is very bad customer service, and I feel violated.
