I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for, which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I LOVE KENDRA SCOTT, I LOVE IT SO SO SO MUCH. This store is absolutely gorgeous, it felt like I shouldn't have even touched the jewelry that was out on display, it was just so beautiful. The store is so vibrant, elegant, and extremely sophisticated. I can't blame them though, sophisticated jewelry deserves to be in a sophisticated environment. Every employee that I bumped into were so sweet and had great customer service and was always around any time a customer or myself needed assistants. They had plenty of variety for each item that they were selling, if there wasn't something out on the floor, all you had to do was ask a sales associate to check in the back and usually, there is more inventory in the back. My favorite part of my entire shopping experience at Kendra Scott is that she asked me if I wanted a brand new necklace that wasn't out on the floor. I am the type of person to want the item that hasn't been touched by anyone else. The fact that she automatically just asked me without me asking her first, makes me smile. These gals definitely know how to please their customers and that's really what made the experience 10x better. read more

This is my second Kendra Scott store I've been in. The first was Oklahoma City years ago before the popularity headed east. This store was much bigger and easier to get around. I had a great time shopping at this location. It's beautiful inside and the displays are carefully crafted. The only downside was limiting what I could purchase! They also have a Color Bar so that you can pick and choose what you want and how to make it. The staff was all very nice and helpful, but let me browse without attacking me which was much appreciated. They also had a little mimosa and champagne spread if you felt like imbibing while shopping. There's a little seating area in the front in case your significant other can't handle all the jewelry. The young lady with long/medium dark hair helped me today (I hate I didn't catch her name) when I came in to see if anything could be done to help with the wear and tear on my necklace. She explained that it's replaceable within a year, however my necklace was well past that time frame. She still changed my chain entirely though for free because I explained I had stopped wearing it due to the chain wear.
