Alan not only understood the vision, but helped bring it to life in a way that felt true to us. The final result was stunning -- unique, symbolic, and exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend working with him if you're looking for someone who blends artistry, craftsmanship, and genuine care for his clients.

However on my way to the very back of the store where they have the frames I passed the artificial flowers. The Summer collection was on sale 50% off many looked real. As I looked I couldn't decide nor could imagine where to put in my new home. I purged for a year to move so buying more stuff isn't in my plan. I get the two frames and head to a register. This is where I was introduced to self service. It actually made zero sense as there was no line just me and a Michael's employee instructing me how to check out. Plezzz I don't work there and no discounts, for this I should have just ordered online from anyone else. This was a real turn off.

My husband purchased a pair of diamond studs from Kay Jewelers a few months ago, and they came with…read moreunique screw-on backs to help secure them. Recently, he had trouble getting one to screw back on properly, so we visited the Kay Jewelers location at Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Deja, a beautiful Black woman with a head full of gorgeous curls. She smiled and said, "We'll be right with you folks"--a small gesture that meant a lot, especially in a time when basic greetings often feel like a lost art. Shortly after, we were helped by Kiera, who immediately made us feel welcomed. She had the sweetest smile and such a calm, kind demeanor. She took the time to walk us through every possible option for my husband's earring repair, explained the service timeline, and even educated us on how often the screw-back posts may need servicing. We had no idea this kind of maintenance was even necessary, and her patience and clarity were greatly appreciated. While my husband spoke with her, I did what any curious wife would do--scoped out potential wedding ring upgrades, lol--and sure enough, I found one I loved. Kiera excitedly told me about upcoming sales and offered to favorite the ring under my account so I could easily return for it. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Eventually, Deja joined us again, and the conversation turned to hairstyles and natural hair care. It honestly felt more like chatting with old friends than making a service visit. Kiera really stood out--whether it was questions about warranties, repair options, or even things outside of our original reason for stopping by (like wedding rings and watches), she had an answer for everything. We left feeling genuinely taken care of and like truly valued customers. The whole team was wonderful, but Kiera especially made the experience memorable. She will definitely be our go-to for all things Kay from now on!
