For future reference, my suggestion as a business owner of 27 years, you might want to have someone check cameras before making an accusation like that. I did not ask for money back, simply a store credit because it's clearly a defect in the dress. Store owners were defensive (even when I said this was not personal) and nasty. I love to support small businesses but would never recommend this place. When you pay $200 for a single item, it should hold up better. The owners could have returned the dress to the company. This is not personal, it's about spending $200 on something that should be of better quality.
