That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. My husband and I decided to look for a non referral from friends and look through here ourselves(YELP). I wanted someone who was a hustler like me and someone to take some of the load of stress off my shoulders This is how I found Katie. I immediately called her and what a ray of light I got. She calmed me and actually asked ME about my family, about my needs, about my hopes and dreams. At the end of our long conversation she said "hey are you available tomorrow morning" I was thinking for what??? And she said I have 4 or so houses I'd love for you to see. One of those homes were EVERYTHING I've been looking for and more. So again all within a week and a half we were in escrow. The whole process was scary but Katie is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She relieve a great deal of stress and put up with our newbie / amateur questions and concerns lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATIE AARON ‍

While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer. He even kept a close eye on the market and advised me when I should lock in the rate. I thought home buying would be more stressful, but it wasn't as bad as I thought because Trung made every step clear and was very on top of deadlines. From pre-approval to loan closing, it took just one month! Thank you Trung for being so diligent and patient in helping me secure my dream home! Trung was also very proactive in reaching out to me a few months later when interest rates dropped by about 1%. I had the honor of working with Trung again for my refinance, and it was also efficient and painless! I recommended Trung to my coworker recently when she was looking to buy a condo. Highly recommended to anyone who is in a market for a house to look into Meridox!! Thanks again for your hard work, Trung!!!

A little background: I did 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale by myself without a realtor before engaging Meridox. I didn't need handholding, because I was not a first-time buyer. I wanted an advisor who can give me an honest opinion as to pricing, knows the neighborhoods, and can negotiate with the seller's agent. Linh was so on top of things. She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time. She never asked me to consider any property that was outside my price range or not what I was looking for. I was able to knock out many home viewings with her, and we put in a couple of offers. I saw a house that fell out of escrow. I messaged her, and she was immediately on it. She showed me the house, called the seller's agent, and basically convinced the seller to take my offer that was a tad below listing that either that same day or the next. (OC is a hot market, so this was an incredible deal! My other offers all sold above listing.) She was incredibly responsive, super sharp, and very easy to work with. I used Meridox as my mortgage broker as well and used them again to refinance a year later. Very seamless and easy transaction. Forget all the agents who claim to "treat you like family." Title: Disappointing Brokerage Oversight and Execution…read moreRating: 1 / 5 Stars Our family worked with Team Forss Realty Group in Temecula on a complex, multi-transaction moving plan involving an off-market sell-side buyer and contingent replacement purchases, representing several million dollars in total potential volume. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of professional standards, culminating with a horrific experience with the Broker. * Callous Use of Personal Health to Deflect Accountability: When we formally raised concerns regarding communication failures, management improperly introduced an agent's health condition to guilt-trip us and evade accountability. Despite being fully aware that I am a two-time terminal cancer survivor making major housing decisions to simplify things and protect my family, management weaponized health struggles as a defense against us--a tactic that was deeply manipulative, insensitive, and unethical. * Lack of Managing Broker Oversight: Despite the complexity and high volume of these coordinated transactions, there was no direct oversight or communication from the Broker of Record during critical breakdowns. When we formally raised concerns regarding contradictory agent statements, management dismissed the need for broker involvement rather than addressing the operational issues. The Broker failed to personally speak to us, even when requested to do so. * Unprofessional Dispute Handling: When we formally communicated our dissatisfaction regarding service performance, management's written response relied on emotional deflections and personal attacks rather than addressing fiduciary duties, communication breakdowns, or transaction execution. While individual agents may display enthusiasm and care, our overall experience with Team Forss demonstrated a critical lack of administrative oversight, inaccurate representations regarding buyer commitment, and poor client communication when problems arose. The Broker was especially defensive and failed to address and answer any of our concerns. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Team Forss for clients requiring clear, accountable, and transparent brokerage management.
