All we wanted was for it to be fixed. This guy said he didn't know what was wrong with the lamp, so he was going to convert the whole lamp and convert it to a halogen lamp, saying it would be brighter. (Okay, but that's not what I asked for!) He charged $50 for that work which is ridiculous, I could've bought two lamps for that price. NOT TO MENTION THAT IT TOOK MORE THAN 3 MONTHS FOR HIM TO FINALLY FIX IT! And if it couldn't get any worse, when I got the lamp and plugged it in at my house, it smoked at the top. The light was not at all brighter than before, instead it got dimmer, till finally the bulb burned out!! I am so upset with this guy's service. How can a lamp business owner not know how to fix a fluorescent lamp?? Why this run around with an unnecessary conversion to halogen based on his ridiculous advice? Why? Because it's a struggling business that is dying to rip off customers! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable lamp business with those who know what they are doing! That's what I would do, if I knew this is what would happen!

He has done so on six of or lamps. The service is quick, like only a day or two, and the cost is fair. This store is a great find as far as I am concerned. The fifth time I was told the manager was busy and it would be over an hour wait time to get help. I asked for the district manager information and was told "I'm just a cashier answering the phone, I don't know who that is. I wouldn't know where to find that"... I called Lowes customer service and they said they don't have manager info, I have to call the local store to find out. I called Lowes corporate twice, was connected to someone in India both times, and both of those people hung up on me. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES!! It's a total scam. The building is crammed full of surplus items they have picked up, so be prepared to search or ask one of the helpful staff. No telling what you'll find that you can't do without. Know that it is a SURPLUS store and things are not neatly organized on a shelf. But if you're willing to do a bit of searching there are treasures to find.

We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

I did have a truly lovely man, I believe his name was Darryl, on the online customer service side be beyond wonderful a week ago. As for the rest? I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. So I lasted 10 days and good riddance. Thank you again.
