It was a Saturday, it was muggy and gross usual Texas summer weather, we came from Monroe Louisiana, and they were the only tow company that was available to be speedy and help us out. I for the life of me cannot remember the drivers name, but he and his wife were very patient, polite, and friendly! Before we made it to the shop we had to stop for parts and again they were accommodating! Price was not to terribly high and made it affordable for our family to get to the shop! I again cannot be more thankful for there service and helping a girl in a pinch!! I highly recommend there service!!!!

The guy turned to me, hatefully and said "it's gonna cost you $200, you got it?" I told him not to worry it would be taken care of and it was. When I got a copy of the bill, they charged me $271.20. Meanwhile a friend of mine had a wreck in the same town but about a 1/2 a mile further and after hours and his vehicle was taken to the same place my moms was and he was charged right at the same as I was. These people take advantage of women for sure! I would not recommend them to NO ONE! The guy was very unprofessional on the scene!
