Bobby did a extraordinary job on my MB GLA250. Can easily say it's one of the best detail jobs…read moreI've had. I've got a large dog that I take everywhere with me, he slobbers on the windows, side of car, and sometimes the seats. Dog hair is impossible to get out of upholstery 100% - I don't know how Bobby did it, but you can't even tell a giant bull mastiff has ever been in my car. My spot test is always the tires, if they get the rims real good, I know that they've been thorough. Smelled oh so fresh too. Job exceeded my expectations. He came with his own set up, water tank and all. Was looking so good, I had a neighbor stop by to ask if he could work on her car next (I love helping people get business). Pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of his work - I've been charged 2-3x that much in CA. Found Bobby on Yelp, my mind is blown he doesn't have more reviews here. Hire this man, you won't regret it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Grease Monkey. I brought my Audi Q5 in for a…read moreroutine oil change, and I am now facing over $3,200 in repairs because of their improper servicing. After discovering an oil leak, I took my vehicle to the Audi dealership, where I was informed that the leak was caused by the previous oil change. According to the dealership, a plastic component that should have been replaced was reused and overtightened, ultimately causing damage and an oil leak. What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire situation could have been avoided if the oil change had been performed correctly. I trusted Grease Monkey to properly service my vehicle, and instead, I am now dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs and the inconvenience of being without my car. I would strongly recommend that anyone, especially those with European vehicles, reconsider bringing their vehicle here. A simple oil change should never result in this kind of damage.

It's concerning that they have a dedicated claims department--clearly this isn't an isolated issue. After filing a claim, I received no follow-up and had to personally contact the GM, Matt Vining. He offered a weak explanation and refused to take responsibility, calling it "normal wear and tear"--which would supposedly apply to every car that uses their wash. Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.

Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful check in associate. I had to run my suv through…read morethe wash for a 2nd time because I noticed some texture on my car after going through it. There was a terrible dust/dirt/rain storm yesterday and my suv was very dirty. The GM was very helpful and he was just as confused about these grainy bits on my white SUV as I was. He told me trees can "mist" and maybe it was from the trees on my property. I called my tree guy and he said that's actually a thing and that tree sap and particles can freeze and can also blow in from elsewhere too. So bottom line, while this location doesn't offer all that they could (towels, and a mechanism to wash car mats would help them differentiate themselves from all the other car washes), I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned about the situation. Attitude can make all the difference and these guys have a great attitude. It's not a fancy car wash but the people are pleasant and that sure beats the alternative. I got the mid range car wash and it seemed priced a bit high. But they have a free vacuum which is nice.
