They now have a texting service that updates you about your car and they will also send you a video clip of the repairs If needed. Much much better. The other thing I've learned, or at least accepted is that you can expect not to have a loaner if you just come in without an appointment. Loaners are few weeks out if you want one. Since three years ago I have gotten a secondary car so at least I can Uber it back to my house and drive that one if I have to leave the Audi at the shop. I've since learned that more dealerships are opting to have minimal loaners, and maybe it's a sign of the pandemic times. They still have a hard time actually responding to a question or text however I suspect that it's more of a staffing issue. The advisors and there are two of them, are usually super busy every time I come in and this problem isn't on them. The dealership should hire one or two more people to lessen the load. If they can find someone post pandemic. All in all, a step in the right direction. Some bugs and kinks but overall improved.

I…read morepurchased my first car from Mr. Smith this last year ago before moving hours away to my new job. He was so helpful and easy to work with, and ended up giving me a great deal on a 2011 Toyota Corolla. Within a week of purchase, after my first long drive, my check engine light came on, and a few other minor issues came up. However, I called Mr. Smith, and he had me drop the car off at a garage where he totally fixed and payed for everything. It's been 6 months, and this car has handled my heavy traveling so well! It's hard to find an honest car salesman. I would definitely recommend Mr. Smith!

But not with Autotraxx of Nanticoke Pa. The owner-Mike Coffee is ONE OF THE BEST ever. I can add him to my list of 2 other favorite car dealerships EVER!! He could have sold the car a LONG LONG time ago, but I was saving up for it and he knew how bad I wanted it. I understood it was first come first serve but I think he was kinda not promoting the sale of it. And it was on the lot without a price on it. Lucky for me!!! He waited patiently. As soon as he received the money things started falling in place perfectly. The car was picked up Friday 04/06 & arrived early Saturday morning. The sales process was SEAMLESS---everything flowed smoothly. Mike didn't take me through a sales pitch. The car was MORE than fairly priced. Mike Coffee just HAS to be the best sales guy in his region. He just GOTTA be!! I can tell a lot about a dealership based on who's running it. I would NOT hesitate buying another vehicle from Mike. His website is https://www.autotraxxpa.com. This is where I saw my child in beautifully taken/detailed pictures! Truth in selling---this is one guy that adheres to this and makes it plain n simple about what he's selling. No fluff, no smoke screens, no two way mirrors. Just another car buying experience that I can rate A++++ So if you're looking for a vehicle, check Mike's website first. If you don't find what you like, call him at 570-735-0400 and see if he locate it for you. I seriously believe he hand picks everything he buys and takes it though a rigorous inspection before selling it. Car buying from Mike at Autotraxx---impressive, pleasing & definitely designed to amaze....FABULOUSNESS!!
