Response; the vehicle is no longer under warranty. Apparently it is 4 months past. The service department wants to charge 720$ to replace the part. The mechanic down the road only wants half. Since it's no longer under warranty, there is no reason to ever bring it back to Nissan. I'd give them a zero if I could…read more Not only do they force add ons to the sticker prices and engage in all the used car salesmen tricks, but I was told that I had to use Ford Credit financing or would not be able to take possession of the vehicle. They have you sign documents via tablets and then give you a "copy" of the documents via a computer thumb drive. When I checked my account later with Ford and on the computer file they gave me, I noticed that the final price was much higher than what we agreed to. The physical pricing worksheet used to negotiate the deal was withheld from my file; when I asked for it, I was told it was "an internal document" they didn't have to provide. Finance Manager Silvio Martini told me he'd investigate and call back the next day -- he never did, and hasn't responded to repeated calls, texts, and voicemails since. I filed a complaint with TxDMV. The dealership told them that the difference was for a "chemical spray" product I was never told about and never agreed to. I've since found other reviews describing similar undisclosed charges here. I've filed complaints with the Texas OCCC, TxDMV, and will file with AG and FTC. Stay away from this dealership. Apparently, Shottenkirk is a known entity to the state authorities due to repeated complaints.

Had a car not from them,went here to look as some people told us they were good.Found a car we…read moreliked here that we got in November of 2025 one week after getting it the airbag light would come on randomly and turn off stabilitrak and traction control on it.It was a 2013 gold tahoe and had issue after issue I was very very excited for this car until this and until paying $650 for this car a month with insurance and payments combined just to have this many issues.We called and asked if they could fix it as we were told it was as is but wanted to see if we bought the part if they would as they told us they would. Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that.When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that.They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage.We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming,the alternator,battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help,scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever.My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues.Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly.

I took my car in for service after it being there for 3 weeks I was looking for just an update on the situation and after several failed attempts to contact Nicole (5 or 6) who was my service advisor, I finally ended up getting another advisor and her service manager emailing and calling her while on her lunch break to call me back. I was able to pick my car up immediately with no issues after they put over 200 miles on it and tried to leave me with an empty tank. I'm not entirely sure how much of that 3 week period my car was ready since Nicole wouldn't answer that question when asked on the phone and when I was finally there in person she avoided me. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.
