Also, I can handle deep tissue pressure (i never say lighten up), but it was literally magic--all the benefit, no real pain, just pressure. It is clear that she has been doing this for a while and she has honed her craft. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Lastly, i really dig the low key vibe. Dark rooms, no fake stone fountains (at least in my room). It was really chill. Perfect for relaxing to the max.

The one caveat was that I had requested specific add-ons for our 60-minute massages. We did receive 90-minute massages, which was appreciated, but the specific add-ons we requested were not included. There is also ongoing construction at the facility. It did not interfere with our experience, but it would have been helpful to know about it ahead of time. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would recommend them. I would just suggest confirming any requested add-ons prior to your session.

During what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment, the therapist made an unsolicited and completely inappropriate claim that my father's cancer had returned and that he had six months to live. This was not only medically unfounded, but also deeply traumatic and unprofessional. Spa services are meant to provide peace and healing--not fear and emotional distress. Diagnosing or making predictions about someone's health, especially in such a serious and personal way, is entirely out of bounds and unethical for any spa professional. I left shaken and upset, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a safe and respectful environment.

Now I am no massage…read moreexpert, and honestly, this was only my second one in my life... however, I can tell you I will be going back monthly. Making the reservation was very easy. You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!

Overall really clean location and was very relaxing ambience. Amanda even brought me a cup of water afterwards when I was checking out! I'd be back for sure

When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. Stay away from this horrid place.
