    Had an amazing experience with their service department! Paul Steenman had us in and out in one day with a diagnostic for an oil leak that they immediately addressed and fixed! Got a great deal on a set of 4 tires with an alignment and with a rebate! Honest pricing and fantastic service and communication through the whole experience! Thank You Paul and Ken Garff Kia!

After weeks of stress, haggling, and dealing with slick-talking salespeople at other dealerships who couldn't seem to listen or deliver--walking into Ken Garff Kia and meeting Samantha Burke was like stepping into a whole new world. Let me just say this: SAMANTHA. IS. THE. TRUTH. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel like family. She was warm, knowledgeable, zero-pressure, and genuinely excited to help us find what WE wanted--not what they were trying to push. After being jerked around by other dealers, we were exhausted. But Samantha took the time to actually listen to our frustrations, and she worked her MAGIC. We told her what we wanted, and not only did she deliver--she got us into a 2025 KIA K4 that's practically straight off a spaceship. Sleek, tech-loaded, and an absolute dream to drive. And the price?     I Had a very unfortunate experience at this location. My car battery was under warranty and the…read moreworkers tried to help, but didn't necessarily demonstrate exemplary customer service. I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

    Looking for some special racing oil with zinc in it- that was recommended to us for my sons new go…read morekart he got for his 10th birthday. After stopping at fry's for gas, gas tank and then hitting up Ace hardware- they had decent amount of regular car items but just not racing... Which is what led us here. They were slow but their customer service was ON POINT!! Thank you for helpful and friendly service and finding us exactly what we were looking for! Also for being so sweet to my 10 year old who was jumping out of his shoes! lol it was a girl- she was very sweet! You helped make his day!!! Plus good c/s goes a LONG way- wish more businesses would understand that. Thank you!
