I planned to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic but Brad asked to take a look under the hood. My vehicle had NO electrical power at all. Key fob wouldn't even unlock the door! I got assigned this company through roadside assistance. I submitted the request at 10am, and they…read moresaid it would be 1-2 hours, which I thought was fairly normal. A little after the 2-hour mark, I called to check in. The guy I spoke with was nice and said they were busy and it would be another hour. I told him no problem. After waiting another 2 hours, I called again and got sent straight to voicemail. I called 9 more times, all spread out about 10-20 minutes apart, with no response. After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.

About 15 minutes later got a phone call from Keith letting me know he was 15 minutes out he showed up right on time and could not be more professional, helpful, or friendly Breaking down is never fun, but it definitely helped having such a professional company respond to the AAA request Keith could not have been better or more professional Definitely recommend Pigg Towing.

My truck broke down on a rural highway and AAA dispatch sent out Pigg towing to tow me back to Amarillo. I requested the tow at 11:30pm. Pigg towing accepted the dispatch, and Dispatch said they'd be here around 1:00. At 1:00, I got an electronic update that their ETA had changed to "TBD". It's now 5:00am, as I still sit here waiting. AAA Dispatch has tried calling them multiple times as have I and neither of us has gotten an answer or update. I realize that, in the towing business, things happen that prevent tow trucks from getting to you when they expected - that's life, but to get absolutely no communication from them for going on 5.5 hours is just bad business.
