He put the jumper cables on wrong. He put the negative on the positive and positive on the negative. Which caused sparks everywhere. He even acknowledged he put it on wrong and switched it. Even calling himself stupid for doing that. But it was too late. Something got fried. All the warning lights came on, on the dashboard which never came on before. The car would not accelerate. Craig told me give it about an hour left running and they should disappear and the car should start working again. He left and it didn't. So I called AAA back. They then called Tim's towing and then Tim's Towing called me. A lady who was very rude from the first word that came out of her mouth asked me what happened. I told her very politely what happened. Right away she said you mean to tell me that Craig the guy who has been working with us for over 13 years put jumper cables on your car incorrectly? I said yes that's exactly what happened. She then said I don't believe it. So I said well I don't know what you are trying to say, that I'm a liar? She said yes. Straight up you are a liar. I couldn't believe it. What kind of business are they running there to treat their customers like that? I told her to get Craig on a 3 way call and ask exactly what happened. She said yes ok I'll do that. I also told her that if he lies I have everything on camera that is not only recorded by video but by audio. When I told her that she hung up on my face and blocked my calls. A little after the 2-hour mark, I called to check in. The guy I spoke with was nice and said they were busy and it would be another hour. I told him no problem. After waiting another 2 hours, I called again and got sent straight to voicemail. I called 9 more times, all spread out about 10-20 minutes apart, with no response. After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.

I had car trouble in the scorching Texas heat of 104°. I had to call for a tow truck. I called…read moreSargent's Wrecker Service and spoke with the dispatcher. She informed me that they were very busy and that it would be 30-45 minutes before they would be able to dispatch a truck to my location. 10 minutes later I received a call from John @Longhorn Wrecker Service letting me know that Sargent's Wrecker Service had sent my call to him, so I wouldn't have to wait 30-45 minutes to be towed. John arrived promptly within the 8 minutes he had promised. He was very nice, greeting me and asking me if I was Ok. He promptly hooked my car up and loaded it on his rollback and secured it to transport. I followed him to my home and he asked where I wanted it unloaded. He unloaded my car and processed the payment. Overall I was very happy with the Amazing Customer Service and Professionalism I received from John.
